This was the absolute worst experience. Showed up to the property and the two ladies at the front desk helped us get a room key. The whole place was pretty grungy. Luggage carts were filthy, I had to pick the least dirty one. On the way to our 3rd floor room we unfortunately passed by each of the following: patrons and activity that clearly looked like prostitution was happening on site, lots of folks out smoking on their balconies, (which meant our room smelled of smoke too) and for extra flair, one of the pool deck chairs was floating upside down in the pool. Upon entering our room, the fire alarm was chirping every minute or so, which threw our small dog into a fear spiral, she hates that. There was literally a new 9v battery half unwrapped from its packaging lying in the bed so I climbed up and changed the battery out myself. However, the beeping continued. I tried calling down to the front desk to get someone to come and address it or switch us to a different room. (The room by the way looked super dingy and run down, def didn’t look sanitary). I got no answer from the front desk so we marched ourselves right back down to the car and I went to turn in the keys and let them know we couldn’t stay there. I found another place across town which kinda blew our budget since it was 4X the price but worth it to not make my family stay in this cesspool of a hotel. Can not, would not, could not recommend this place to anyone. Hoping to get a refund from hotels.com. Wish me luck

Hotel room was not very cleaned, the cable on the tv was not coming in and also was not a smart tv to cast to it from smart phone. Beds were horrible uncomfortable and lady at the desk was so rude, wouldn't even let us have one more pillow for our kids since we didn't have enough. Pool was dirty with cigarette butts. Also pool and hot tub was ice cold, kept saying they were fixing it and never got to it. Another guest was there since Monday and told him the same thing but still isn't fixed. Also it said it had continental breakfast but all it had was coffee

This hotel is horrible. It’s run down dirty and dangerous. I would not allow my family to leave the room without me. If all that was not bad enough the front desk could not provide a working key card after 2 rooms and six cards we gave up and asked for a refund.

This has to be the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We got in late (1am) so no one really to complain to. Everything was either stained, worn, dirty, or broken. Our bathroom had a sensor light that turned on every 15-20 minutes on its own. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly…Not to mention the smell of damp smoke… the location was convenient but that is about it. The hotel just needs a renovation

It was terrible I left there 2 days ago paid for 4 nights only stayed one my kids was taking a shower and my wife had to run in there because they were screaming because they say 2 roachs that she had to kill I have the photos of that all around horrible stay

I had to exchange rooms since the first room had a faulty lock. I had to get help from the front desk who was able to open it however when I tried it wouldn't open. The light in the bathroom flickers so couldn't use that. The shower handle was difficult to pull and I had to ask the front desk for help with that. These are old rooms which haven't been updated in years. It makes the room look dirty especially the bathroom.

The bathroom fixtures, particularly, the shower head, were coming off the wall. Stained carpet. One wastebasket, No in-room coffee and the lobby coffee pot broken. Dirty pool and soap suds hot tub. Lamps in the room covered in ripped cellophane. Fridge freezing anything in it. Hard as a rock old, lumpy bed. Mold in bathroom. Chipped, stained toilet seat. Keys didn't work five times. The staff are great, but helpless. Never again will we stay there! BTW, the photos are not, at all, from this hotel. It's a dump!

Our expectations were low. So… it wasn’t too bad! Biggest complaint was our room lock keycard never worked! Every. Single. Time. We had to get the front desk person to either reprogram or actually let us into the room. I thought considering the openness to the area, the pool area was relatively clean and tidy looking. Hot tub was working but not very clean. Room was mostly clean, and spacious.

I booked for 86$ and was charged 110$. Smelt of cigarettes, burn holes in sheets, front desk was short and rude. Room was stained ,dingy and dirty. Didnt even want to sleep or shower in there, slept in clothes.

Ok. The hotel itself is not that bad either is the area. It doesn’t look that old. The staff was ok. But not very friendly or helpful. Lots of “I don’t know,” and blank stares. I think it’s a language barrier because they’re Mexican. My heater didn’t work the first night and the wifi in my area was not connecting. The keys had to be re programed 5 times. The room are clean. Only had blood stains in one of my rooms. I had two. The pool was clean and the hot tib worked. It’s cheap rates so don’t set your goals too high. It works fine. Oh! They close their office to the public at 6pm. You have to use a window booth on the side to interact with the staff. Give it a try.

The room was dirty. Curtains, floors, walls, all dirty. The door into our room had been damaged, the lock was there for decoration only. The bed sheets were clean though, and the mattress comfortable enough, so there’s that.

The card reader at the door barely worked. I had to try 5-6 times to get in each time. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. They provided a plunger, but we had to do our own plungind. The place feels pretty sketchy overall. There were suspicious spots on the sheets. I'd probably choose another place next time.

Who parked the corporate van right in front of the front office? Isn't that parking area supposed to be for customers? Found parking difficult. Lot was rather full, too. Two people blabbing outside the room right now, too. My first room had a high-pitched sound to it. What was that?

Pretty much what I was expecting for a cheap motel room. We drove up to phoenix for a concert and then slept here one night and it was fine for that purpose. Bed and sheets were clean, staff was super nice, convenient restaurants in the same parking lot. Probably not the best area of town but I didn’t feel unsafe there at night. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I would probably stay here again.

Horrible lication. Not safe, lots of homeless people and drug transactions at every corner. The hotel was very dated. The bed sheets were stained, towels were paper thin. The bathroom had cigararette burns everywhere, the room smelled like mold. Service was very rude. I would reccomend not staying here.

Location was very convenient, first impression was good. Bathroom really need a facelift. I asked for different room they issued a key so I could look first was the same condition. Tub was unusable, the stopper was on the edge of the tub broken, rust on the tub the sticky tape in the tub was pealing. several paint patch in the tub. Stain on floor and furniture that were discolored.

Check in was sketchy. Homeless people and the smell of cigarettes and weed littered this place. Felt very uncomfortable taking my family to our room. Front desk argued with us about the amount of blankets we had in the room and refused to bring us another. Beds and pillows were lumpy and stained. On top of all that we woke up at 7am to a guy banging on our door and all our windows. Very unpleasant stay and canceled the second night we had already paid for.

The property itself is not clean. There's homeless, and random individuals walking around asking for aluminum foil clearly looking for drug use. The fees are Not accurate to what the site says when you book the room. They tried to make me pay twice the amount of fees for a deposit when I arrived. The room was not clean. The sheets had dirt and black stuff on them. The beds were uncomfortable and smelled like smoke despite the non smoking room. The staff was rude and cold in all interactions. I won't ever stay here again.
