This hotel is ideally located - Sant'Agnello is only a 20-30 minute walk from the middle of Sorrento, 5 mins from the train station which will get you to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. There's a bus at the end of the road which will get you to Positano and Amalfi. It's a lot quieter than all those places and has some really great and reasonably-priced places to eat - particularly the Trattoria just a few doors down (book or go early to get into that one!).
The manager at the hotel was so helpful, a friendly face and full of information.

Great location, minutes from the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room could have used a dresser or chest with drawers for clothing.
I would like to suggest that the hotel offer laundry service for customers. We had to find a laundromat on our own and spend time doing it. It would have been convenient to drop off the laundry at the front desk and have it done for us, at our cost.
