The staff were lovely and always so friendly and eager to help. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I could use the parking without extra costs. The place is very clean and has a modern design. Room size is good and the bathroom is great, with a large shower room. Bed is comfortable. In regard to location, it's about 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. It's a flat and scenic walk, thus completely bearable.
Breakfast had delicious cakes, but we felt the options of breads, pastries and deli was a bit lacking. Coffee was fresh though. In general not fabulous, but still good enough to start the day.

modern style and clean. Staff really nice and attentive
walls are a bit thin and you could hear other guests but you could no hear much from outside , in a quite street.

Lots of options for breakfast, and excellent espresso. Rooftop had a spectacular view but was spartan otherwise. (Surprised it didn't have a pool.) Marco at the front desk was always enthusiastic and a good source of local intel. Great location -- quiet but close to the train station and lots of food & retail options.
Room was pretty small, and bed was pretty hard.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms that are clean and fresh, friendly hosts, good breakfast and a great location walking distance from Sorrento and close to the bus and train station.

We loved our stay here. Marco was beyond amazing! Very helpful, always there to help. We had a toddler and he always went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The location as well was amazing, very close to the coast with amazing views and it’s really easy to get to downtown by taking a train for only 1 stop. The train station is only 5 minutes away walking. Thanks Marco for everything, this won’t be our last time!

We liked the breakfasts and how friendly and helpful the hotel owner/staff were. Fabulous Cappuccinos!
A few finishing touches are still needed such as towel racks to hang and dry towels.

Family owned and run. Staff attentive, always helpful. Location excellent: 1 mile out from Sorrento, near very good restaurants — very tranquil.
During our stay the elevator was being repaired.

The staff, especially Marco, were excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and someone was on hand at all times.
The location and quality for price were fantastic. Sant Agnello was a beautiful spot, with easy access to Sorrento and Positano, plus a beautiful beach.

we didn’t realise it was so far walking distance from the centre. walked it in 25 mins though so wasn’t too bad and there was a train we chose not to use

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. They were very helpful with all our requests. 24h reception. The location was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Marco and all the staff! the service was exceptional and the room was amazing, the room and the bathroom was big and there was a balcony with an amazing view. we were treated like family
nothing. well maybe that it was a bit far (25 min walking) from piazza Tasso. but we had a car so it was still great

Good location, close to the center of Sorrento. Marcos (the hotelier) was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, our family would definitely recommend it.
