Perfect location to stay near Sorrento. Sorrento itself was only a 20 minute walk, with the train very close nearby also which was very handy and useful too. Alessandra was also very helpful when it came to organising trips such as the boat trips to Capri/Amalfi and helping us with info about Pompeii etc. Our room was also cleaned every day, and we also had a lovely balcony view. So we thought it was perfect and great value for money!

Location was perfect. A little outside of the main Sorrento area with easy access to the bus and beach. Plenty of good local restaurants and markets nearby, friendly staff and easy to locate.
Location was on the 3rd floor of a complex that was undergoing renovations. This was advertised in the listing but more work was being done than anticipated.

The property is just as photographed, dark rooms with the blinds, great bathroom. The requirement of putting the key card in to have the power work is annoying because the rooms get so hot and need time to cool down.
The procedure to get in and out is extremely unclear from the owner and they need to make more clear instructions.
Also, they aren’t the most friendly to work with. We were extremely delayed and exhausted and getting in was a bit difficult because they weren’t there and sent really disorganized instructions. And then they only gave us one key when we both needed keys to get in and out.
