We weren’t expecting much of this small inn but were pleasantly surprised. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but clean and nicely decorated. Check in and parking were easy. The solar eclipse cookies left in our room were a nice touch.

A nice property just outside the NOTL main drag. Not a whole lot close by so you would need to walk/drive to the Main Street. Room was spacious and breakfast was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful room with a jet tub in it. The issue was the noise that started with the cleaning staff at 6-7 am and then the breakfast crowd across the hall from our room. I would have given up the neat tub to have a quieter room. Staff is AWESOME! Very well run place

I had a really good time at this hotel. The room is beautiful, its clean and its modern. The check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was great. I believe Laura was her name, and she was friendly and very welcoming. Would stay here again when back in the area!

Fantastic location for our 2 night visit to the falls. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Plenty of nearby options to eat at, we loved both Ruffino's and Bar Bea with tasty food and great selection to choose from.

The checkin was phenomenal as it ended in two cookies for later in the evening. Super clean. There was filtered water, a glass pitcher and glass glasses. Breakfast was phenomenal. Super place.

Super clean and great location! Only complaint is the doors are a little thin so if it’s busy it can be noisy. Luckily we went during the week and it was quiet. Otherwise it was fantastic!

Very nice, clean property, a short drive to the historic district. Well appointed room (junior suite) with an excellent breakfast. The sports bar attached to the hotel is in need of a makeover but there are other options within easy walking distance. We will stay here again.

The bathroom was small but had been redone & room was recently painted. At my age, it’s tough to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. But breakfast was really nice. Big selection of food, and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in historic house, located in a residential area, a bit far from downtown. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Our shower was broken, water coming out of the two shower heads and the regular tap at once. Breakfast good, no meat, though. Very helpful staff.

It is well located. Not in the heart of niagara but close by with facilities around. The staff is very kind and will help you in organising the visit arounds. The confort is good enough.
