Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible. Front desk was very helpful, when my Usa electrical adapter did not work . They let use one for my entire stay. Disappointed that there was no mini fridge & no safe in room.
As an american, I had to ask for wash clothes every day. And every day the maid service left my dirty used wash cloth either on the floor, counter, or bidet. It was like she purposely took them out of the wet towel and placed them in these spots. Why

The rooms are lovely and spotless, and the housekeeping is top-notch. Checking in and out was a breeze, and it’s a great deal for the price.

A convenient hotel for a stop if transiting past Madrid by road. Also reasonably convenient for getting a train in to the centre of Madrid, about 25 mins from the nearby commuter station. FIA on great to see a hotel with proper size mugs in the room, not the normal tiny thimbles!
