Really great stay with family meeting up from out of town. Pool was great for the full age range 4-13. Rooms were clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Staff was incredibly friendly!

There was no hot water for the two days we were there. They did offer to move our room down, however that wasn’t an option for our family.

We developed stuffy nose and coughing after staying the night. The front entrance area has sewage smell. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, dirty, and dusty. This is probably why we got sicks.

Water never got hotter than lukewarm for the entirety of our 4-day stay. I told the front desk about it twice but they said that it was because a lot of people were taking showers at the same time. Not a good excuse for a hotel.
They definitely don't know how to keep up with breakfast food on the weekend when many people are eating at the same time. Actually, i think it's more like they didn't care that food ran out an hour before it was time to close out down, because for some odd reason they restocked the hot food just as they were closing the breakfast area doors. We sat there for almost an hour, and the lady would come out, walk around and look at all the empty containers and then not do anything about it.

Stayed there with my 2 daughters and there was no hot water. Asked to switch rooms was told I couldn't, so had to take cold showers. The heat in room didnt work very well and the floor wasnt vacumed at all and looked not very clean. Worst stay ive had .

We selected this hotel to stay at because the advertise it as having a bar right in the hotel. We wanted to watch the NFL play off game at the bar. When we arrived we were informed that the bar has been closed since COVID. The place was also very dirty and the heat was not working in the lobby. The Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. We also had to listen to a dog bark in the room next door all night long. Needless to sat our stay was not enjoyable.

The website said that they had a Bar. When we got there I had asked where the bar was to get a drink and Guest service had told us that they closed it because the Hotel was bought by someone else and it has been closed since. The door to go out of.... You could get out but you had to walk all the way back around to the front entrance because the entry pad was missing. the box was there with wires exposed.
other than that, it was a good stay. the room was nice a cozy, very quite area. Slept very well.

Being able to bring our dog was great. There were quite a bit of dogs throughout the week but never had any issues. The rooms were very protected from sound. We were able to get extra towels and toiletries right away upon request. The front desk was always friendly. The inside of the hotel was kept very clean. The outside did have trash around the property, full garbages and over flowing cigarette butt "garbage". Loved the free coffee that was available. The breakfast was also a great option. Good variety and the gentleman kept things very stocked. Having only one waffle maker did tend to cause a wait though. Definitely would stay there again if we were in the area.

We stayed to attend a family member’s graduation and everything was wonderful. Convenient location, amazing pool area, a great pet policy, and larger than expected room sizes. Our only complaint was that you could really easily hear outside noise, even that came from outside the hotel, but nothing that was frequent enough that it would keep us up at night.

Had a very nice stay here. Service at the front desk was awesome! They were super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was an unpleasant smell in certain areas of the hotel (not our room) on occasion, but other than that we had no complaints at all. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was decent enough for a continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again! Great value for the money!

I could not regulate the temp in our room so it ended up being too warm. We found trash in the room and under couch cushions when we pulled out the sleeper in the sofa. Breakfast was OK though no one came to replenish items during the morning rush. Pool facility was nice and kids enjoyed that. Hotel was quiet and besides the temps being warmer than we like, we slept well.

The property had a nice location. The staff members were nice and accommodating and my son loved the kids pool. Our room was also pretty clean. Although there were all these positives our negatives outweighed the positives. We arrived at the property around 7:45pm. After getting all settled in our room and feeding my kids we realized the heat wasn’t working. We talked to staff and they offered us a new room but moving two kids under the age of three is not ideal at 10:30 at night. The next morning we noticed our fridge freezer was froze over so we couldn’t put anything in there and our tub took forever to drain so people had to wait a good amount of time before the next person could shower. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool but the first day we went to go use it the pool was closed because something was found in the pool. The second morning we stayed the free breakfast was very picked over. No forks, watered down juice, no syrup, no bread for toast, not many yogurt options etc. The tables and high chairs were not very clean either. An adult in our party had to go let the front desk know before anyone came to restock.

The only downfall about this property was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dusty and appeared as if someone had walked in with dirty boots. The couch was dirty and the bed looked like someone had laid in it.

There was a strong odor when entering the room. It smelled like disinfectant but could tell it was covering up something else.
The ceiling over the shower/tub was falling down. Plaster and pieces of the ceiling were in the bathtub below. The ceiling had been previously patched, but the leak wasn’t fixed. When the shower was being used above us, water began to leak into our bathroom.
Couldn’t believe they would even rent the room!
Food was left in the refrigerator from a previous guest.

We had a hot tub in the room for an anniversary trip and the hot water barely came out. It would have taken at least an hour to fill. So we used the public hot tub downstairs. My wife was pretty bummed about that. Overall it was a very nice and spacious room.

It is a hidden gem in Johnson Creek. A little ways out of town, but worth the drive. Quiet and spacious. As a family of five we slept comfortably. Would stay there again!

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Fairly quiet. Breakfast could have been better. Has an outdoor patio that we used a lot. We would stay there again.

There was a bad odor when we arrived. Something they were able to address but jarring when we walked in. The lobby and hallway area was dirty; floors obviously needed to be swept/vacuumed. Even the next morning still dirty. Room was great and breakfast was good as well.
