Check-in was very fast and pleasant. Super friendly staff, hands down 1ST time visting hotel but won't. My family and myself loved it ❤️

We enjoyed coming back to this place after four years. The area restaurants are excellent and the quiet and relaxing pool area is enjoyable. After returning home, we received a credit card charge notification. I called the hotel, and they looked up my final bill and told me the charge was for the bottled water in our room that my wife and I helped ourselves to. Before taking the bottled water, we read the tag placed over the bottles which stated the first two bottles of water were complimentary. I read it, my wife read it, and I would have taken a photo of it and sent it to my kids to read for us, but I figured two sets of eyes on the claim were enough. Sure enough, the bottled water was not complimentary. In order to avoid further frustration and continue with my stress-free day, I did not argue and just paid the fee of $6 for two bottles of water. So, the moral of the story is this, "Don't believe what you read regarding complimentary bottles of water." And my wife says, after all the years that we have been going here, this was by far the worst room we have been assigned. The small balcony/patio area was the on the roof of the building. When my husband asked if we could upgrade to another room, we were told the hotel was full. However, during our two nights stay the hotel appeared to be empty, at breakfast, during happy hour, and at the pool. We enjoy coming to this hotel and into this area, but our expectations were not met this time around.

The thermostat in the room would not go below 75 degrees with the AC on. It was way too hot to sleep, not comfortable at all. I even had the engineer in my room to look at the thermostat earlier in the afternoon and apparently he didn’t fix it.

We had a great time the hotels was awesome the beds was hard so didn’t sleep much but overall all was awesome

Lovely clean hotel with spacious well appointed suites. The free breakfast is better than most other hotels' breakfasts and the free happy hour consisting of two drinks and appetizers is a nice touch. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to downtown La Quinta's restaurants and cafes.
