We had a very good stay. My family and I were there to attend a funeral, so we all occupied 4 rooms and the staff was very accomodating to making sure that we were all on the same floor and in very close proximity to each other! Thank you to all, and of course the breakfast was wonderful, as usual!

Overall, our experience was good, there was one slight hitch: the toilet was too low to the floor and there was no bar in which to pull op on. The room was extremely clean, it appeared to be recently updated. We will request a disabled-friendly room in the future.

Upon arriving, we had such an amazing stay here. Friendly staff, clean and maintained room, and good breakfast in the mornings! We were in town from the east coast, to surprise my niece for her 18th Birthday, and to also celebrate my best friends marriage. Next visit to The OC, this will be the hotel we stay in!

The Hampton Inn Los Angeles-Orange County-Cypress was a very easy stay. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and the Area was close to everything. They provide a much needed sanctuary that I needed.

This is the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was great, bed was comfy, room was quiet, lots of chargers for the car and pet friendly. We will stay here again.

The size of the property was good with convenient elevators ideally centralized. I can imagine being in last rooms down the hallways, but it still wouldn't be a difficult walk for most. The complimentary breakfast was well done. The pool was a decent size. The available coffee and tea at all hours was thoughtful offering. And overall the place was clean.

Very comfortable hotel. Location is quite, staff is friendly, room was clean and very nice breakfast offerings. The door to my room was sticking quite badly. The staff offered to have it looked at right away but I didn’t want to be disturbed. This was my 4th stay and this hotel and I definitely will be back again.

The staff was great, especially the morning breakfast lady. Very courteous, and always making sure everyone had fresh food and taking away plates that we were done with. Front desk people were also nice and friendly. But the lady working breakfast took the cake for us would return just for her service!!!

Walking distance to a Dollar Tree, Target several other stores very convenient. Great breakfast nice staff quiet and safe. I will be going back!

Kristina at the front desk was amazing at check in, she had fresh cookies, and really went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. There is a Target close by and lots of food choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Need security 24 hours for your hotel. Car park next us outside was break in that only one night we stayed with your hotel. No cameras outside back side parking lot of your hotel???? Think you guys should consider cos ppl safety is important especially when you are staying at your hotel.

Friendly and accomodating staffs. The food staff always had breakfast readily available for the 3 days we stayed at the hotel each morning and always greeted us and checked if we needed anything. Excellent service! Definitely recommend.

My car got broken into. The window was shattered and my backpack stolen. The hotel doesn’t have security cameras or warnings that this could happen as I was told by someone who works there that this has happened multiple times in the hotel’s parking lot. Unsafe. Would not stay here.

Nice place to stay. Stayed a couple days. Clean rooms, accommodating staff. My only critique was the bed was a little rough. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Could kind of feel it bottom out a little. And I’ve stayed at, I’d guess, a couple hundred hotels over the years traveling for work. Maybe it was an anomaly? Wasn’t in the mood to deal with it, was very busy when in town so didn’t say anything. Also there wasn’t much to choose from on the tv, if you watch tv at all, and can’t mirror or play your streaming apps. If that matters to you. Maybe it doesn’t. But overall the area was safe, room was clean, nice hot shower, staff were really nice and helpful, the continental was above average. Worth the price if you don’t get my same room. Heh.

I appreciated and light how polite the staff were, and how easy the check-in process was. Parking was amazing, right in front of the doors and easy access. Shopping areas are a literal three minute walk behind the building. Gray area for shopping and quick bite to eat. Everything was in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as well, hot, and cold options.

The place is a nice, comfortable relaxing facility with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is alway good and Anna was friendly and helpful during our breakfast meals. We stayed for 3 nights and was very pleased with out stay and the service was excellent. Walking distance to a shopping plaza with restaurants.
