Last minute booking but very reasonable rate. Very busy, clean, good amenities, lots of breakfast options, super friendly staff. Near shops & restaurants. 👍

I was very impressed by the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. The continental breakfast was just fine and the whole facility appeared to be under renovation. It was good to see the owners investing in the property. Location was good also, nearby to Main Street. A lot of stuff including restaurants were an easy walk from the hotel.

This was a very clean and comfortable place. Staff was friendly and overall helpful. There was nothing that blew me away but nothing stood out negatively either. A great value for the location and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Hotel was quiet, staff were terrific- very helpful and service oriented. Continental breakfast had lots of choices. May not be the fanciest place in Hyannis, but I won’t stay anywhere else going forward.

First time and will definitely be back. Love the option of indoor & outdoor pool. Room was very clean. Great continental breakfast. Every staff we encountered very helpful and most friendly. Stairway to our room (310) needs cleaning and stairs very close together.

Good hotel in Hyannis. Good location to explore Cape Cod. Decent rooms, friendly staff, good value for money.

Overall was a pleasant stay. Had an issue but it was resolved in the end. Next time will make sure upon arrival to thoroughly check the bedding. The room was very clean upon arrival so I didn’t check any further. Would advise anyone do that in anyplace they stay. First night was noisy above us as a bus load of young adults arrived and late at night sounded like running back and forth for a long time. Thankfully second night and third night wasn’t as bad. Or I would have complained. The amenities, shampoo and body lotion was nice and there is free breakfast provided. Can’t say anything about that as we went out to eat. The area is perfect, can walk to shops and restaurants and the value for what we paid is good.

The hotel is conveniently located near Main St. where you can walk to the shops and restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We didn't like where the indoor pool /hot tub was located and that you needed a staff person to let you in to pool area and supervise. I understand that's a Barnstable rule that a staff needs to be present. Overall, we had a nice stay.

I was traveling with my sister and we really enjoyed the Inn and the little town atmosphere.

Very nice room and convenient for what we needed

My hubby & I planned a last minute overnight stay in Hyannis, last week as the weather those 2 days was perfect October weather. We chose this Inn because of the central location, walking distance to downtown, restaurants, harbor/Ocean street AND the price was so reasonable. Based on the photos on their website, we were a bit hesitant, as it appeared "outdated", but we figured it was just for one night, and we did read many encouraging reviews. We were pleasantly surprised, as the rooms had apparently been updated & freshened up, new carpets, bedding, etc. And was SO clean! Not just the room, but the entire place. (I would recommend that they update their website photos) Kudos to the cleaning crew! Everything was spotless, nicely appointed. The staff were all so friendly & accommodating. The guys at the front desk went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They let us check in an hour early and offered us a late checkout. Even their regular check in/check out times are more liberal than most, 3:00 in,11:00 out. And the continental breakfast was a nice plus. This will be our go to place in Hyannis!

what was strange was no bars in tub/shower to grasp or place soaps, etc. no hooks to hand robe, etc. skimpy towels. hairdryer was where coffee machine was. alarm clock on desk not on nightstand?? but staff was great.
