Food choice is amazing, staff are great, so helpful. Jonathon in the restaurant was so kind and helpful with my 86 year old parents.

We had a wonderful holiday here and would definitely return. The resort is kept clean, the spa is great and the staff are genuinely lovely.

Things to note before travel:

The hotel do offer a buffet for people checking in/arriving late evening.
We were travelling with 2 young children, the kids loved the pools and happily spent most of their time there. The kids disco was bit too late in the evening for them. The kids food was literally chicken nuggets and chips but we always found something for them to eat in the buffet.
If you can - book the restaurants before you arrive. We waited until they were released for booking in the hotel and bookings were gone within an hour.
Staff were mostly friendly with 1 manager being a bit rude. I was waiting in line for a lady to help me, when it came to my turn he came over and told her to go elsewhere. I asked him about booking salia and he told me it was all booked while walking away, it wasn't, I got a lunchtime booking.
Our air conditioning was not working properly. I complained saturday morning, someone came to fix it on sunday, my husband complained on Monday and was told that it was a know issue and maintenance were looking into it. I did report this on check out. The lady at checkout did apologise for the inconvenience.
Overall good location and kids had a lovely half term break.
