The food all really good and a wide choice of items. The cleanliness impecable everywhere and afternoon staff would check our room again to see whether we needed anything else. Staff all lovely and polite. Great atmosphere, fun near the pool and entertainment created a great atmosphere without being loud and annoying. Loved the aquagym and evening shows. We really felt pampered.
The quality of the soft drinks and water could have been better.

I liked the location, staff willing to meets our needs and food.
The original room meeting what was booked.
The inconvenience of having to wait 1 day for resolution. The TVs are not consistent in the rooms some are smart and some are not. You have to pay deposits for drinks glasses and towels when it is supposed to be all inclusive. In the restaurants you can't have drinks with spirits unless you pay but in other parts of the hotel you can but don't understand why there are so many different rules and no consistency.
