The staff couldn't have been more friendlier. Accessible room with accessible parking right out front. Great coffee and breakfast to go. Loved that the hotel was in a small shopping center which made it very easy to shop and eat just a few steps away. Mt Rushmore was just a couple of miles up the road. Great hotel.

Clean, comfortable, and a good location to a lot of attractions. I was just in and out during my stay so this worked out great. If you're planning on staying here a while there is not much for amenities so you might want to look elsewhere.

This facility is OLD. Breakfast was a brown bag with store bought items inside and a bottle of water. Lady manager was nice but couldn't do anything about the condition of the motel. I will pay more for a place to stay elsewhere if I ever come back to this area.

Not very clean carpeting was dirty and wrinkled. My socks actually got dirty from walking on carpet. The bat sitting outside the door of our room was uncomfortable. Breakfast in a bag was a bit simple. But front desk was good and location to MT Rushmore great!

This is so far one of the nicest hotel which is close to Rushmore and keystone down town…You are in the heart of keystone and super close to all bars and restaurants with a beautiful view…We enjoyed our stay. The only negative point was that they dont have escalators and if your room is in third floor which ours was you are supposed to carry yourself all the way up…This was the only problem for us while we were staying there. Besides they habe super friendly employees and the complimentary bag of goodies were well appreciated…it’s not your luxury four season hotel but I suggest stay for a night and enjoy the night life there…

Great location, but the wall had poop on it when we first got there and not one did they come in to clean the room while we stayed there it definitely needed vacuumed daily since there were 3 three year Olds with me.

The location was a few minutes walk from restaurants, stores and activities. From a block or so north, we could look back and see the side of two of the Mt. Rushmore faces. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.

Wellnit advertised comes with breakfast and it does not. It came with a grab bag of carious food items which were ok but our kids dis not like them. They shouldnt be adcertisimg free breakfast.

While the location is excellent (very convenient access to Mount Rushmore), the facilities are dated and they skrimp on the shampoo/soap Avoid rooms near the stairs, they are noisy

Hotel was clean. Its older and needs new carpet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was noisy due to lots of families with kids.

Very convenient. The motel is only 1.7 miles away from Mount Rushmore National Park. The only thing that would be better is the breakfast. The motel includes a breakfast, but only on a bag. Applesauce, peanut trail juice but it was hot. The breakfast should be better.

The best location to visit Mount Rushmore. Unsanitary room was so disappointing. When we entered the room, a large moth was flapping its wings, and the bathtub was clogged with hair.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. The hotel is very nice and clean. May look a little bad on the outside but its a better super 8 than i stayed at. Clean and very accommodating. Front desk lady was very nice and super helpful when i asked to change rooms.

We loved our visit!! Highly reccommend this hotel!! We also loved Haleys Hamburger shop right up the street. also the President wax musuem was awesome, and the Borglum musuem was fantastic. Only 2 miles from Mt. Rushmore!! Keystone is a great place to stay!!

Good place offered bagged breakfast, convenient location for what we needed, Rude guest but not property fault. Folks when traveling please be respectful too others, Or Just stay HOME !!!!!!!!!!! Ugly doesn't look good on anybody !!!!!!

My room was at the back side and hidden (could not find ourselves), found a spider roams around, smelly and bed sheet was worn out (possibly from too many wash). I’m my opinion this hotel is not worthy to my payment.

Upon check, although our reservation showed "daily housekeeping", we were told that none would be done the entire 5 days we stayed there, so we asked that our towels at least be changed. They did not even provide additional toilet paper unless asked, there was no coffee maker in the room until we went to office to ask for it, and then had to ask daily for the coffee packets and new cups. The hair dryer was broken and only blew out cold air. The breakfast served was a paper bag called "grab and go" with a muffin, orange juice, peaches, a bottle of water and sometimes a mini "Kind" bar. Coffee was however, available in the office/lobby, which opened at 7 a.m. usually. The pictures Hotels.com were given DO NOT match up to what the rooms actually look like. There are no double sinks, the beds are double beds, not queen size, there is no couch and it is an analog TV with very few channels, but we weren't there to watch TV, so that's ok.

This property is old and could use a serious remodel, but the staff was so kind and helpful, and we felt so welcome. It’s very basic, no pool or elevator, but the staff truly cares about the guests. Top marks for hospitality

My room was hidden behind the main building. It was accessed through a long hall and it got window facing the hall so the room was dark with no daylight. Wifi signal didn't reach there. Laundry was out of order. At least the room was clean. There was a nice lady at the front desk.
