The front desk staff were friendly.. especially Tre. Very helpful when suggesting restaurants and things to do in the area. Our room view was a view of the pillars in front of the building so we could not see out the window.. other than that our stay was great

Property is nice inside and clean and tidy, Location is in an area with car dealerships and businesses so there are no food or drinks very close if you like to walk. Tucked away hotel if that’s what you are looking for.

Upon arrival, there were no exterior or parking lot lights lit up. It was extremely dark and a bit scary. Had I been alone, I would not have stopped to park. When checking in, attendant was really nice and well dressed. There was an overwhelming humid and musty feel in the lobby. It has been extremely hot lately so I didn’t really put much thought into that issue. Arriving to room, there was an over powering smell of cleaner, but thankfully it looks clean. Room is musty and very humid. Room smells of mildew though no visible signs of mildew that I could see, but I’m not digging to find it either. Mini fridge is missing bottom kick plate and doesn’t work well. Overall, 6/10.

The front desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL their assistance and willingness to help out of towners is absolutely phenomenal. Our room wasnt quite ready when we arrived and the offered complimentary drinks while we waited and made great suggestions for dinner places in the area

The property was really nice; but the staff was superb!
I stayed at this hotel twice while bringing my son to Centenary College for a college visit and orientation. Everyone there was kind; but I interacted with two people, Jaspen and the manager, Johnathon, who truly blessed my stay.
They were both very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and they made me feel comfortable and safe while traveling alone. These men are definitely assets to the travel industry and to this hotel... Thank you both!

The only complaint is that the carpet was very sticky and the sheets smelled musty. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel staff is horrible. I selected to pay at the property when I arrived. However when I arrived at 7pm they had already given my room away because I had not paid and was not there before 6pm. Please beware. They left me and my kids without a room 4 hours away from home and wasn’t sorry about it at all. Didn’t offer any help. All they said was “sorry we are booked”. Horrible.

The property looks nice from the outside but the inside is a different story. It feels outdated and not as clean as I’d prefer. There was hair on the floor and the base of the toilet. And dirt covering the base of the lamp. It’s not somewhere I’d stay again.

BEWARE: FLEAS WERE FOUND IN MY BED. I unfortunately discovered them after I slept in the bed and woke up to bites all over my legs and feet. Saw the fleas jumping on the sheets. Notified the front desk immediately- was told I wouldn’t be charged for the stay but still seeing a pending transaction on the card 3 days later. If they properly cleaned and sanitized this would be a nice hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is new, fresh, and inviting. There are many dining and shopping options nearby.

It was a great stay until the day we checked out. Check out time is 11AM housekeeping knocked on the door at 930AM and proceeded to try and enter. I felt kind of rushed to get out. The manager on duty took care of the situation and assured me that that was not procedure. My brother and I left happy and satisfied. We always try to stay at this location when we come to town.

Very clean and quiet even though the hotel was packed. Located in an area close to lots of restaurants and we felt safe. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly.
The hallway was dirty. The whole place looked tired. The shower dribbled and it had one bar of soap. It all needs an update for the price. Not a good value. Will not stay there again.
