Clean, comfortable, and very well located. Plentiful breakfast, though crowded and noisy at times, with tables sometimes difficult to find. Staff were efficient and helpful, although English communication could occasionally be limited. The standout feature was the spa on the 6th floor with its fantastic city view. My best memory from the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Lovely Holywell in a beautiful setting, within easy walking distance to sites, restaurants and train. Super breakfast choices. Only downside was bed was too soft for our personal taste
