The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again .

Place was a little dated but was clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was decent. The spa was nice with a nice sauna. The location was great. Not a lot of hotel parking but a paid public parking lot was adjacent. Overall a nice place to stay
