The rooms that we rented were beautiful and quite comfortable. However, I believe they were extremely overpriced. Paying $450 for two double rooms for one night - essentially 7 hours of total time - is too much. If this pricing structure remains in place, I will be seeking another hotel in Williamsburg in the future.

We did a 2 night stay for our anniversary and really enjoyed it. Everything was very nice. Our view was less than desired but we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it anyways.

Great! We asked for them to place us in a quiet area away from elevators and they put us directly next to the only elevators. Oh well…however our room was mostly clean and no one bothered us. Location is very convenient for Colonial Williamsburg. I recommend booking here instead of the branded hotels.

We booked this place because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. We checked in and were informed that both the hot tub and pool were out of service and were closed. We had 4 children who were looking forward to swimming for a month and they were all very upset about the pool being closed. The room was visually clean, but if you looked closer it was not up to (my) standards. The air conditioner was not staying on, and our room was very hot for sleeping. The bathroom has no fan, gets steamy when you shower. In fact, there was no fan at all in the room and therefore we had no noise buffer to cancel out all the usual hotel noises you hear throughout the night 🙄 No tv guides in the room so you’re just guessing what each channel is while flipping through. WiFi was really slow and weak as well.

Overall, very economical stay. Clean and well maintained. I’m not fond of the high beds. I have rotator cuff issues, and it was hard for me to situate myself back onto the bed beyond the very edge. Frankly, I prefer a bad I can simply turn around and sit down on, and not climb into.

Our stay was fine, one of the main reasons for wanting to stay at this hotel was for the pool. My neice wanted to get into and have a good time. If course the pool was closed, I just wish I'd known this before booking because I wouldn't have booked this hotel. There should be updated information to state whether or not certain things are available when booking. Other than that everything else was fine.

When we checked in our room wasn’t ready. The actual room itself was nice, the floor we stayed on was really noisy. The hotel has no bottled water and when my husband went to get coffee they had no sugar.

Housekeeping and guest services need to pay more attention to details. No coffee in rooms two days in a row even after leaving message with front desk. No Kleenex replaced. Small details but annoying.

This hotel was in the perfect location! It is literally minutes away from everything. The staff was really nice and the hotel was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft. The room was also quite spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were there as a small getaway, celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with the overall stay. The friendly staff at the front desk, staff from the Bistro 515, and the housekeeping staff, made our stay very enjoyable. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were on point. Breakfast was outstanding and the price of the hotel was great! The decor was beautiful. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Centrally located just a short drive from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Excellent choice for our 2 family trip of 5 adults 1 child. We stayed in a large 2 bedroom suite that had a dining area and living space. The hotel has a restaurant and bar and indoor pool but we didn’t visit those. 3 things they should improve. 1. Add more handicap parking spots, there only 2 handicap parking spaces. 2. Improved the living space decor in the suite. Was not well thought not good use of space and didn’t even had a large tv. 3. Bathroom needs a fan.

The room itself was nice and clean. We requested a king size bed but got two queens. I’m not sure why we got two beds and the hotel wasn’t booked. Alicia ( I think that was her name at the front desk) was very nice and helpful! Also at night there was running above our heads on the level above.

We arranged for a suite. Spacious, but decor is aging badly. Cleaning staff did great work, but not a useful space as no kitchenette, just micro and keurig. Dark and depressing decor. Carpet smells. Ice machine on our floor did not work

I had to pay $100 hundred deposit in case I made a purchase and three days later my money hasn’t shown up in my account , but I noticed a white woman who came behind me was not charged…I intend to file complaint with better business bureau and hotels.com

This hotel was incredible. The staff were super friendly and attentive to detail. Checkin was a breeze. They had my reservation printed and ready for me. The beds were so soft and comfortable. My nephew slept on the sofa bed and he also slept well! The breakfast wasn’t anything sensational, but the attendant was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was fun and clean and the Hottub was perfect for my sore amusement park muscles. Overall I will 10/10 stay here again

The hotel was exactly as advertised. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff was comprehensive and efficient, and the facility was kept clean and in order. The decor is a bit dated, but I wouldn’t let that dissuade you for staying at this location.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg as well as restaurants, gas etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
