The hotel is pretty clean and more amenities than I expected. The staff could be a little more friendly. Strange but there was red peeling paint all in entrance of hotel and parking lot. They had 2 5 gallon water bottles at entrance of driveway with paper signs stating to use this entrance. Kinda odd but a good stay.

Not our best hotel experience.Travelling with 3 grandkids and just got everything unpacked, only to find toilet didn't work, phone did not work, and had to move everything to another room....ice machine on another floor and elevator wouldn't work.
Won't stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Its is located near lots of restaurants and places to shop Plus it's easy on and off the highway. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was amazing, the menu has something for everyone unlike most places that only serve cereal, fruit and milk. This one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends when they are in the area.

Convenient to all things Killen/Ft Cavazos, but backs to a field where the road ends to park tour buses. One night there was a party that went on till 10:30pm in the parking lot.
We were there for several days so we found things one-night travelers might not notice-certain plugs not functioning, iron not working, odor upon entering the room (perhaps animal or sour milk), no extra blankets.
The front staff was always kind and helpful when possible! The beds were comfortable and clean.
In spite of the party, we would return again.

The hotel room had leaking pipe. Causing leak in room, hotel agreed to full refund

Clean and quiet. I stayed for 4 days they only had coffee at breakfast the first day. They said the truck didnt restock them. Never bothered to put up a sign or anything had to find out daily by getting hot water dispensed into a cup.Big disappointment because I chose this hotel for the breakfast and coffee.

This is not to discount the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The room that I was placed in was not clean and a lot of things were not prepared as a new person would come in. This was disappointing.

The hotel is disgusting and dirty. The carpet in our room has never been cleaned. The bathroom was falling apart and dirty. The room smelled like bad body odor. To the point that poopouri wouldn’t even help. To top it off the electricity went off at 230am on our second and last night. The hotel is a disaster and we will not ever be back. If my parents had not stayed in the same hotel. I would have left.

Clean rooms. My main complaint is no water pressure. Everything else was good. But I like a good shower with water pressure.

The parking lot lights were NOT on when it became dark . NOT safe as you could not see to walk to the car. Assume never adjusted for daylight saving time . Stains on carpet and mold in shower

We stayed three nights while visiting family and enjoyed the time at Best Western. At first I thought the bed was too firm but soon realized that ours at home is probably too soft. My husband had breakfast every morning and said that as long as you went early it was adequate. I do have to say that the pod coffee pot is a wonderful improvement. We will be staying here again on our next visit. Thanks!

CONS: Front desk was rude and had his phone on speaker and I could hear ALL of his conversation, carpet was stained, with crumbs and dead bugs in the corner. The sofa was stained with white globs everywhere, the coffee table had leftover food spots from a previous person and the bathroom shower floor was streaked with dirt and previous footprints that were never washed off.
The next day housekeeping did absolutely nothing in my room (same bugs and crumbs on the floor, same stains in the bathroom)
PROS: quiet area, good food in walking distance, clean exterior (don't let the good looks fool you)

The carpet was disgusting. Stains everywhere. There was a spider in the bathroom so pest control should be called. (We stayed at so many hotels on our trip that's all I can think of.) Comfortable beds.

Our overall stay was pleasant. However, there were a few things that were not pleasant about our room. The sofa was very stained all over and the staff had to was the sofa and its cushion covers, the refrigerator leaked water and we had to put a towel to keep the water from flooding the foyer floor in the room, and the Suite living room television was missing but was brought in by staff in day two of our stay. The room was very stuffy and had a dank smell. The staff was notified of our concerns and appended to them quickly.

Do not book here there service is terrible and do not care about customers. They just want your money. Book at your own risk. Their manager was no help and did not listen to anyone of us and just left us scrambling for a place to stay for the night.

This is my second time staying here so the hotel is nice overall. However my tv wasn’t working the whole stay and I called the front desk and nobody came up to fix it :/

The reason I’m giving it a bad review b/c they overcharged me. I booked through expedia upon return from an event our room key wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and was told that someone checked us put. I was frantic b/c our valuables were in the room. I stated Thai to the front desk and he told me that he had to do another reservation and I had to pay I asked why when I didn’t check out and it’s already paid from Expedia. He gave some bogus excuse and told me I pile her a recent from Expedia. (Which was a lie) I went ahead and paid for the room. Next day I see the charges worn through with Expedia and the hotel.

It was ok they gave me the wrong room to start with but eventually got it fixed then my room keys never worked I had 6 different sets none of them worked so had to have them let me in everytime I left my room so it was inconvenient because I was In and out all the Time do to the reason I was there

Staff was friendly but the place was disgusting. Trash cans were all pouring over with trash, the pool was green, dogs were peeing all over the place inside and nobody cleaned it up. Breakfast was gross. I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely would not stay there again.

Where do I begin.. this is a nasty, horrible, mold, dark, not so clean, smelly place to stay. They need to fire the cleaning crew cause the spider webs, dust is nasty.. the mold they just re painted over it but you can see and tell where they did it.will I recommend anyone? Hell nall. Even in the cracks in the foundation its nasty. Very nasty. The only reason why we stayed cause we tried to get our money back but the said no. I felt better outside of this place. I never understood why ppl make money but wont invest their money back into their property.
