The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with traveling tips, recommendations, ect. They had breakfast in the courtyard, and a lounge area in the lobby. Rooms were clean and comfy w/ AC. Location was a little far from main site seeing locations but close to a bus station and in a very nice residential neighborhood. No elevator but only a couple stories high and cigarette smell upon opening front lobby door but gone once inside and no smell in rooms.

The property is not as nice as in the photos. The room was pretty big which is why we chose this hotel. But it was sparse and never cooled down regardless of the fan speed or temp. The standup shower had good water pressure and got hot but the top bars were held together with duct tape.
We stayed two nights and room service came to our room at 17:30. The bed was two twin size mattresses pressed together.
Breakfast had some fresh fruit. It did not have a lot of options but it had quantity.
Service was great. They helped with taxi, ice, when our room key didn’t work without hesitation.
