Clean room and helpful staff.

No signs for the exit in the ladies pool changing room, and nowhere to leave your room key, which activates your locker, if you can work out how to do it. Nice pool and jacuzzi though, rooms could do with a deep clean, but daily basics are done and it's comfortable.
Staff are very helpful and happy to help with queries, rooms spacious and mine had a lovely view, plenty of (free) parking.

The venue was spacious and tidy, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My first impressions were great and the room was faultless - big, comfy, great level of amenities. Pool was free to use as a overnight guest (family swim until 6pm). Good enough location with the nearest 2 towns about 18 minutes away (Braintree or Colchester). You have converted a repeat customer in me for sure
