Very cosy room, lovely staff
The courtyard lights were so bright and shone in around the curtain, it was impossible to block it out

Breakfast was decent and good value. Room was OK. Didn't have dinner.
Bathroom - the sachet of body lotion over the bath was empty. Would have been useful to have had some simple instructions as to how to operate the shower, as I found it difficult. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature of the water - you quite rightly had warning signs about the very hot water (it was, which is good) but I found it difficult to get a good mix in the shower.
The washbasin was cracked.

Staff in the restaurant was fantastic and the fish and chips was lovely. Outside seating area was well thought out
Hot water didn’t work on the first day. Rooms were very small and grim.
The menu needed something lite on it, perhaps a salad or small plates
