The location is very good. As Camino Real style the service is incredible. Yes, I miss a good restaurant as Maria Bonita (Camino Real legend) inside but there's a lot of options short walking distances.

Convenience to shopping center, restaurants and bars. Excellent service and staff. Cons: Mattress are horrible. Had a terrible sleep over. They need to take care of bedding ASAP.

The gym needs some tlc, there was some water filtering ,and the bar is not what I expected, it needs to be a attractive place so you will want to be there to have a drink

I will always keep coming back to this Hotel because of its excellent customer service I always receive from its Manager Mr.Salas, doorman Hillario which takes the time to memorize guests names and also Sergio was very attentive. Thank you for making me feel at home ❤️

The rooms need renovations, floors, doors and furniture were worn down, the mini fridge was not working and dirty inside although they quickly fixed it. The location is great but for the price I think there are more well kept hotels in the area

This is a premium hotel starting to show some wear and tear. The location is excellent. Many excellent restaurants walking distance. San Pedro is very upscale and feels safe. Most of the staff speak English and were very helpful. WiFi was very good. I would stay here again.

I see from year 2018 that the people in Monterrey in general, do not speak a second language: All people at the hotel reception and waiters do not speak English. So if you dont speak Spanish, good luck to get what you want or get answers to your questions unless you rely constantly on a translator...

Overcharged double for breakfast twice. Other travelers had breakfast included- but checked out before 6am (had to leave 6:15, so restaurant insisted they had to pay for breakfast. Clean towels, but no clean wash clothes. HVAC thermostat did not work. Either all off or all on.

I don't know what people were complaining about and why the 8.6 /10 score. I loved this place. location is the best in a safe area of Monterrey and good .. GREAT .. restaurants across the street at Metropolitan Centre. My room was perfect. had a small detail with the balcony door but they sent someone to fix it immediately. there is a mall attached to the hotel too. I will stay here again on my next business trip. Thanks!

fourth or fifth stay here, it is a good hotel, showing some age now but the worst part about it is the hotel does no longer have a good bar. They used to have a nice bar and restaurant on the lobby floor but now it is changed to a conference ball room. They now have the bar in the mezzanine area, it is tiny, sad and frankly after working all day or visiting clients, the last thing I want to do is sit in a bar that is worse than a a third rate airport bar. Too bad, I will look for another property in the future.

Very safe and convenient. I did not liked the staff shortness at check out, took well over 20 minutes to check out and i was the 3rd person in a 8th person waiting list. I did not like the fact that the bathroom/commode floor were NOT cleaned mopped one single day

Lovely property. Good breakfast. Caters to local business travellers, not international, so sometimes language barrier was a small inconvenience but it all worked out. The service level is very high and the staff works hard to please their guests.
