Staff was rude … office and pool. Hot-tub was cold .They d’ont like it if you reserve with a third parti and they let you know.Bed was confortable .pool was ok. Breakfast good.. The problem is the staff.

The property has very good location. Corresponds 3 stars although very old and not maintained. Hair dryer in our room didn't work. We have stayed in two bed room cottage and air conditioning was not balanced it was too hot in one of the bed rooms and cool in the other.

Service was excellent, both at the breakfast and for check-in. Staff was friendly and engaging. Only downside for us was how much noise travelled between rooms. We heard almost everything happening in the hallway and the room above us.

The room was very comfortable, but the people upstairs from us were extremely noisy and we could hear them the whole time, couldn’t sleep. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The waffles at breakfast were to die for!

This is an older facility so there’s some signs of age as they constantly chase the maintenance, but overall our stay was great. The room was clean, continental breakfast had great variety, pool and jacuzzi were clean, and the arcade was a big hit for my 13 yr old., and everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to interact with.

Overall, if you know what you’re getting into, this is a pretty good deal especially during the winter. It wasn’t the cleanest and there’s definitely some cosmetic issues but the staff was super nice and accommodating. Great for a couple night stays. Breakfast was as expected. Indoor pool was actually heated which was nice.

This was a good solid motel for the price. Stayed for a ski weekend at Loon. Easy access to highway, mountain and restaurants. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, plentiful continental breakfast included. Pool and game room looked nice, didn’t have time to try them. Because of the various buildings, you do have to bundle up to go between many of the rooms, front office, and breakfast/pool building in winter, unless you move your car around each time. My only issue was how much plastic waste there appeared to be in the breakfast setup, without any visible recycling option.

Generally our stay was positive for 1 night. Unfortunately, our toilet room toilet wouldn’t flush and the public women’s restrooms by the breakfast room were also backed up.

I chose the hotel because it was part of the Wyndham, but it didn't meet the standard. The room had an strong detergent odor. The breakfast didn't include any hot proteins like eggs or sausages.

I was in one of the cabins which i liked the idea of because its quiet and more private. The problem was it was cold outside and the heater was not able to keep up. The small heater in the bathroom didn't work, which made the bathroom extea cold. Beyond those issues i liked the place.

The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived and even changed rooms for us to be closer to the pool with kids. The hostess at breakfast was very pleasant and accommodating to the kids. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was amazing.

Have stayed here multiple times for skiing at Loon, Got a great rate, breakfast is included and as a basic cheap place for skiing it's hard to beat.

Our stay was brief, but pleasant. Quick and easy check-in with a quick explanation on the layout of the property. The room was clean and while there was some wear/tear in the room, it appears it was renovated not too long ago. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We didn’t use any of the amenities aside from breakfast, which was your standard continental fair. A staff member asked us if we needed anything for our room while we were leaving breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. Quick and easy checkout, overall it did the job on our brief overnight stay.

the jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. It was too hot, but i was not told until the next morning. My legs got swollen and I was not in the tub for more than 3 minutes. so sore.

At check-in, the woman behind the desk seemed angry we were there. She said "Can I help you?" I said "We have a reservation." She stood there. I said "Last name is xxxxx." She said "aaaand that's what I was waiting for." Not sure if she was just trying to to be funny or just angry. She went through things like it was a boring, memorization project. I know we weren't at a luxurious, 5-star hotel, but at the very least she could have appreciated that we were staying at the property. The room was a normal room, nicely appointed with a nice size LCD TV, jacuzzi, small bathroom with shower. The room was updated. We were in a corner, first level room facing the road. Wood framing for much of the hotel which made it noisy with kids pounding and luggage rolling on the deck and in the room above us. The bed was very soft - to a fault; it had no support. No clock aside from the very small one on the microwave. Good sized fridge and comfy chair were also in the room. We went out the following morning and came back to the room later to find that bathroom had barely been touched - pretty sure the maid only grabbed the used towels and that was it. Shower hadn't been cleaned, the soap/shampoo/tissues were not replenished and the sink/vanity weren't cleaned (or even wiped down). The pool/hot tub were nice. A lot of chlorine. Check-out was unpleasant as well. This time the woman seemed bothered. Asked for a receipt, she said "Get it from expedia."

The shower was dirty. There was visible dust on the furniture. The beds did appear to have clean bedding. The building is so cheaply made that every time the person upstairs moved the whole room shook. I have to assume he was stomping back and forth. This went on for hours. We got up and made the 2+ hour drive home at 11:00pm rather than enduring this all night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, this was not the cleanest location. Both the rooms and the common areas do no look as though there is thorough cleaning done. Not talking about a little bit of dust or dirt on the floor - there was unspeakable filth on the walls in the bathroom, piles of dirt in the corner of the shower, etc. the only relatively clean space was continental breakfast area, thankfully. This was brought to managements attention, which did not feel like a productive conversation. Overall, not a great experience and would not recommend.

People are nice. Breakfast was good. Facility is outdated and first floor room very noisy from people walking around on second floor most of the night. Can hear everything. Heating system doesn’t seem to work and has plug in air.

We enjoyed our stay here..pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. The complimentary breakfast was very nice..again, a very clean room with a lot of options for a continental breakfast. Definitely a great value. Now for the complaints - the outdoor spot lights were super bright and on ALL night overnight and aimed directly towards the windows of the rooms!! If there's even a slight gap in the curtains your room will be lit up all night, like ours was. I mean LIT UP! So maybe aim them away from the rooms? Also, the heater/AC fan goes on and off every 2 min..loudly! Very annoying if you like quiet while trying to sleep. Those were my two issues, which caused me to not sleep very well. Other than that, it was great. Comfy beds, fridge, microwave, big screen TV, good Wi-Fi, decent towels and even good toilet paper - ha! Pretty good location too, I would stay here again and bring ear plugs and eye shades..lol.

The Cottage that we booked don’t have has no carpet which effected a lot during the winter climate. But the heaters are working fine which made us better.
