My true honest experience. I never do reviews but this place really bothered me. They completely misrepresented themselves and I feel scammed. The profile in hotels.com showed a pool and hot tub, neither worked and we were told they hadn't worked in years and they had no idea when they would work again. It also showed fresh eggs and bacon being served with the continental breakfast, which we were told they don't do. No elevators (not a big deal but i should be noted) no ice machines working or vending machines. The profile online is for show. That is not the hotel you will be staying in. I chose a deluxe king room with a fire place. Fireplace did not work. Very dated room. Lots of carpet staining. The ac is on the same wall as the bed headboard which made it vibrate when you laid down. The bathroom door did not close because it was missing the small piece that latches and keeps it closed. The bedroom door did not have the swing lock/latches just felt a little unsafe. Stains on the bedding. Smoke detectors had bags over them. The bathtub had the drain overflow thing removed so it was just an open hole. The bathroom had a window, but no screen. There is a liquor store next to it and alot of people gather at night in the area. Definitely drug use being done in the area. I personally did not feel safe. Overall I wish that hotels would present honestly and I wish Hotels.com audited these places for accuracy. Because if that was the case I would not have chosen this hotel.

Our room had a non-working heater/air conditioner. The plumbing went out on our first night, being temporarily fixed by the next morning. Luckily, our party had a nearby room with no plumbing issues at the time, that we were able to use. Our room’s plumbing went out again on the second night. On the morning of check out the plumbing actually went out on the entire first floor at about 6am! Customer service was great considering the stressful circumstances. The rooms themselves were decent and clean. Also, room cleaning is only offered on a 3 or more day stay. I had to demand room cleaning due to the plumbing issues. Until this facility fixes it’s serious plumbing issues, I would not recommend staying there.

This place has gone waaaaaaaay down hill since last year. There's squirt marks of blood on the ceiling where heroin junkies empty their syringes. The walls are nasty. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent.
