This is an average hotel next to a major highway. There is a restaurant on the property. There are a few more restaurants nearly. The main business area of Baie Sant Paul is about five minutes drive that has many boutique shops and restaurants. Overall, it was good for one-night stay.

It is well decorated and the staff were most pleasant. We arrived late and were unable sample all the facilities. What we did sample we were quite pleased. When we travel up that way again, they will be our first choice

I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, his name is Luc. If I could give Luc a six star I would, he was absolutely amazing with his hospitality and making me feel so welcome and comfortable. Thank you Luc!

The room was spotlessly clean and the restaurant had a surprisingly large and varied menu with very friendly staff. The check in was fast and efficient but the only minor disappointments were the lack of responsiveness to address the room telephone that was disabled and we were told they were waiting for parts and asked to use our cell phones to connect to the front desk. Also one of the day receptionists at the front desk could use a bit more tact in handling customer problems.The facility presents more like a motel than a hotel but on the whole delivers a good experience.

The hotel was comfortable with all the standard amenities, excellent breakfast option, close to anything in Baie du Saint-Paul. Reception was friendly and efficient. It was 2 floors so no elevators that we found. Has a main floor sitting area with a billiards table and informal bar.

Our favorite hotel when we go to Baie-St-Paul. We try and go every summer since 2019. Quality vs price value is great.

Très bien, très propre, très accueillant! C'est pas le grand luxe mais le prix en vaut pleinement la chandelle. C'est un peu incommode de se rendre à pied au centre-ville car il faut marcher sur une route passante sans trottoir, donc c'est préférable de s'y rendre en voiture même si c'est tout proche! On a été très bien accueillis et le lit était SUPER confortable!

The room was nice, but the bathroom was so old and dated. The tiles were dirty and we had to hold the handle on the toilet for a very long time so it would flush. I was afraid it would overflow. So this did not make out stay comfortable.

It’s a great alternative to the more expensive hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Room with patio door was great and we appreciated the gigantic bathtub. Needs better lighting though, it was quite dark.

Do mot take room 224-225 or 226 because there was a load elevator that make lots of noise. When I explain that to the staff, they almost laugh at me and said that the hotel can not stop running because I wanted rest. Noise was from 9h to 16h. The checkin agent was really rude with me and the manager did nothing to help. Really poor managing were the client has nothing to say.

Very nice and welcoming staff, reasonable conditions for the price we paid, frustrating parking system (we had to go all around the hotel in order to access our car AND secure the room doors), quite rooms (a rarity in North America!!!), next to a McDo and other food stores.

Reception was not friendly, asked for payment immediately which seem to be her main concern. We ask for point of interest in the area, she just gave us a map but said she no time to explain anything to us.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and courteous. However the rooms need a major upgrade as they are outdated and not so clean. More like a motel than a hotel. Very slow internet connection as well.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed. But they REALLY need to change the shower curtains- they look like they are 100 years old with mushrooms growing on them. Rest is ok and polite staff
