Very nice hotel to stay at on St. Croix. Excellent staff, great food, very nice rooms. I like to smaller quaint hotels and this one did not disappoint. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The view, was perfect. Location good. Poor maintenance, outdated and dirty. Did not receive any extras as described.

I arrived to the hotel around 8:30pm. The room I got when I first arrive was horrible. First off the lighting was not good in the room. Then the balcony door didn’t open and the TV didn’t work. Also the refrigerator and microwave was rusty. This was in Bldg B on the first floor. I then complained and was moved to another room and that TV did not work and instead of having a king size bed (which I requested) this had two beds which costed less via expedia. I paid more for the king so now I’m in a room that cost less than what I paid for upfront at Expedia. I’m really pissed now. This second room was also in Bldg B. The next day I’m moved again. This room is was in Bldg A. It was finally decent but only was a queen bed. Again not what I paid for but I let it go as I’m tired of moving and decided to let Expedia know. They refunded me the difference in the room prices. This hotel really need to fix their rooms. Also they need to exterminate because there was a roach in the bathroom that I took a picture of in Bldg A. The Palms need to do better!!!

If I could give this “resort” zero stars, I would! The rooms are extremely dirty. You definitely need shoes on to walk in your room and in the bathroom/shower. The furniture in the room is very dated, dinged up and old. Maid service never cleaned our room. There are no phones in the room, so we had to walk from our building to the lobby every time we needed towels. The staff said they had a shuttle to take us from the lobby to the hotel room, but it was never available. There is mold everywhere through the room and the balcony is very dirty - you can’t even sit on the balcony lawn chairs. The beach access is a scam! While you can walk to the beach, you definitely can’t get in the water, unless you want to walk over all of the dead coral and seaweed. You HAVE to have a car to get around from the hotel, because it’s in such a remote area. The food and drinks at the restaurant are decent, but very overpriced. The “gift shop” is an absolute joke! The manager is rude and incompetent and talks to her staff like they are children. Just overall, this place is terrible. Stay at the King Christian instead!

This was a short business stay. I like staying on the beach. Unfortunately this time there was no TV or internet in room. The staff is very nice. The room buildings need some TLC. I appreciate the amount of maintenence required on the ocean is a huge. It is a little pricey considering the issues.
