I was upgraded to a big room with a bathroom partially visible from the elevator. I could see the elevator from my bathroom so it is two-way. The room is clean and fine, except concerns of privacy in the bathroom.

Nice modern hotel in prime location next to the cathedral and Calle Larios (malaga's main shopping street). Would definitely recommend as everything is a walkable distance so very convenient.

Right in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to most of the attractions and the dining district. Great choices for breakfast and Rooms were clean. We were 4 people and the top bunk bed in the corner gets stuffy. Other than that an excellent place to stay

Excellent hotel, room a little small but perfect for one or two nights. My only criticism is that the air conditioning wasn't working, and the rooms were quite warm even in December. Everything else was great!

We were given a room which should have been a storage closet. Extremely dark with a copper pipe and huge pillar in an Extremely tiny room. We were there for thankfully 1 night only otherwise would have been impossible to stay there. The location though is wonderful.

Wonderful trendy hotel in an absolutely unbeatable location. Shops, restaurants, coffee bars, cathedral...all the hot spots within a short walk. Oh, and the beach too. You'll need Google maps from the station or taxi drop-off as the hotel is in the precincted area.

My Dior handbag that’s costs $4,000 USD was stolen from this hotel. They promised they would show me the camera footage but then refused to. They did nothing to compensate or put in effort to investigate this matter. I walked in with full trust in this hotel. From the beginning the AC wasn’t working, the safe box didn’t lock properly and we had to change the card keys to the room bc they didn’t work a few times. Beware of this hotel. I was robbed.

Hi. This was our first time to stay in Malaga. The hotel is perfectly situated with great breakfast and friendly staff. Although is was a business trip I’d definitely return to enjoy the area more. If you need a taxi, order it through reception and they park in the square - just around the corner.

This is what i call a people Hotel the whole staff is incredible they go out of there way to please you .plus the Hotel is located in the center you have everything you need and i mean everything in just a few stepes from the Hotel. And specially i would like to thank Jose Angel for treating us as family. I could say i will come back again . Thank you for making our vacation the best.

We stayed for 3 nights to explore Malaga and were pleased with our choice. The hotel is very central. The room was modern, clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant - nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Good location decent property right by the main plaza in Malaga. Friendly staff. Room was sound proof and hotel was secured. The only issue is the parking. You have to park about 500 meters away in a public parking space (approx 30 euros for 24 hours) and then drag your luggage. Would be great if the parking information can be posted on the website so don’t have to deal with last minute issue finding the hotel. Other than that hotel was good and clean.

The location and the rooms are quite wonderful at this hotel. And the service from the staff is excellent. If you really want to be located in the historic part of Malaga, so that you simply step out the door of the hotel, and you’re there, this might be the hotel for you. There’s a wonderful breakfast, Buffay, and the room I had, which was a room with three single beds, was extremely nice and large. It also had a very modern and beautiful bathroom. The only note I would make is that the hotel is located in the pedestrian part of the old town. When I was leaving for the airport, that was not a problem because the hotel arrange to have a taxi come to the nearest available point, and the driver came to the hotel to help with luggage. However, when I was arriving the taxi put me off several blocks away, and I had quite a lot of luggage to haul to the hotel if I had carry-on luggage, it would not have been a problem. The location is quite wonderful for visiting the old town, and worth the slight hassle of access. You are two minutes to the cathedral and six minutes by foot to the Picasso museum.

Closest parking is a 15-20 minute walk, at least. If you have mobility issues, I would advice finding another more convenient place. The hotel is placed right where the action is. Beautiful building. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Critical Con: Cockroaches greeted me in the dining area bathroom. A huge concern. It entirely ruined the experience for me and my family.

In general the hotel and service was good. However, there was a constant bad smell at the entry. Also, our bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub instead of a walk-in shower, that was very hard to climb into.

Unfortunately, our stay was very unpleasant - luckily it was only one night. On arrival the room smelled of sewer. We hoped it was due to the heat/hjumidity and it would disappear with the aircon on for a couple of hours. When we returned at midnight the smell was still there - we decided to live with it for a single night. At 2.30 am the aircon stopped working, flashing an error message. Really unfortunate when nighttime temperature was over 30 celsius (90 F). Moreover, the cleaning and maintenance standard is poor with long black hairs and stains in the bathroom and loose sink and toilet seat. The decor looks and feels cheap and there is nowhere to put a suitcase without having to step around it. Fortunately, we had to leave for the airport at 6.30 am. Advised the staff of the smell and the malfunctioning aircon. Hope they fix it before the next guest arrives. Upsides: Location is great and staff is friendly - but it's hostel standard.
