From arrival to departure, our stay at the Valentin was perfect. The staff is amazing, attentive, and super-friendly. The restaurants were delicious and met 5 star expectations. We absolutely adored the entertainment crew and all of the resort activities. This was a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed by our group of seven, which ranged in age from 18 to 70. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We will return in the future.

Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking
