June 2026: First time in Mexico, and really didn't know what to expect with the resort, but... VidantaWorld and Jungala hotel were beyond my expectations, it was GREAT! When we go back, we'll be staying there again. The resort was huge, but easy and quick to get around with the abundance of dedicated golf cart drivers. It's right on the beach with multiple extremely large and relaxing pools open 24 hours, a good-sized water park, a nice golf course, restaurants, cafes, and a general store. The room, was huge with a separate bedroom/master bath/Htub, dining/kitchen, 2x balconies, living room with 2 pullout sofa beds, and a full bath. Staff at the hotel (front desk/house keeping and staff throughout the resort) were EXCEPTIONAL! It's located about 30 minutes south of the Cancun airport and 30-60 minutes from major attractions (Xcaret, Xel Ha, etc.), which was great. Cirque du Soleil is on-site and offers a really good show/dinner experience.

Beautiful resort. My only complaint is that food is over priced. Small portions for what you are paying for. Room service was excellent always had our room clean. Jungala lobby representatives were awesome they help us since day one. We stayed 6 nights.
