Dont depend on shuttle if yoy have a flight before 600 am. Girl told me i jad to get uber shuttle syarsts running at 600. My fligjt left at 545 am. If would gave known i would gave stayed some that had round the clock service for shuttle.

No computer or printer, no shuttle at 5am, the hot tub did not work, the room next to me were so loud ,I called down to the front desk, these people were up until 3Am, which means that I was up also. Did not get ANY sleep. Could not get out of tat hotel fast enough!!

When you walk into the lobby the place smelled like bleach and fabulouso!! It smelled amazing! Bathrooms so clean! Beds extremely comfortable! Just overall exceptional experience!

Just an overnight stay close to the airport for an early morning departure. Price wasn’t outrageous so will stay again if we get another early morning flight. Staff was very friendly.

The door slamming all night long and noise in the hallways made it impossible to sleep well. Walls are paper thin. Employees at reception are on cell phones and not very helpful. We asked for security latch to be repaired (missing screw rendered it useless) and it was never addressed. Asked if there was anywhere to refill water bottle and were told no, flatly. Breakfast is mediocre. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a safe zone.

This is our second stay here. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, safety of the facility/area and friendliness and efficiency of all staff. Only issue was the indoor pool and hot tub. They were both very cold. May need some maintenance. Will stay again though!

Basically the first thing you’ll find after the airport. Friendly staff in reception and breakfast. Nice renovated rooms while other parts are pretty worn down, like elevator pool and gym. The gym is small a needs to be cleaned.

I found a bed bug that i brought to the front desk and they switched my room (which i read online that that was OK) but they offered no compensation. The room was dirty it wasn't swept there were crumbs on the floor but i was so tired after driving 14 hours i didn't have the choice to go elsewhere.

Walls must be paper thin. Could hear doors slamming all night long. Worker in break area watching a guest get bacon and eggs to feed stray cats outside the door and not making any comments. Not a good experience at all

Only than the fact that there was no one to check me in — it was a nice hotel. After about 15 min of no one at the front desk (sign saying “be right back, helping another guest) The airport pickup van drove up and the driver got out, help his guest out of the van and then came in and checked me in!!! Yes, I had a reservation

Its a good hotel to stay at, Quiet and staff were friendly. Very close to the airport and entertainment,The only issue we had was with the traffic at the intersection near the highway. We will stay at the hotel again when we return to Savanah.

It was a nice place. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff worked diligently to keep food items stocked and fresh. Lots of options for breakfast including bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, pastries, make your own waffles, toast, and cereals. We didn’t really have noise issues that were mentioned in other reviews. Hotel was located in a nice area and was easy to find. Our only complaint is that the hotel staff called our room at 1030pm woke us up to ask if we had the luggage cart! We would recommend this to other travelers and would stay again.

We stayed one night while traveling to vacation and one night while traveling home... everything was as expected, clean, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Great place to crash for a night or two. It was a little noisy the second time we stayed, but it did not disrupt our night.

I chose this hotel because of the rate and proximity to the airport. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. However, I could not connect to the wi-fi, or buy bottled water. Vending machines on floors 1 and 3 were out of order and the ice machine on my floor was not working but I was able to get ice on the ground floor. The sausage gravy with biscuits was a nice touch with the complimentary breakfast!

Check-in was ok, breakfast not bad, cleanliness couldn’t complain. However, the lock on my door did not work unless you slammed the door loudly. On our final day, we stayed 4 days, the door wouldn’t lock at all. There was nothing the front desk could do, they said. So they advised me to put the rolling chair in front of the door, lol. I ended up not sleeping.

This was a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again. BUT, I would insist on the top floor. We had someone above us that stomped around their room and kept us awake. We had a 3 am wake-up for a 5 am flight and had to sleep!! Also, people, all of you. Please do not let your hotel room fire door slam shut—so inconsiderate and that also work us up well past 11 pm as people came in and did not close the door quietly.
