The stay very nice except for the breakfast. We understood that there were some issues during the night that delayed the breakfast. We were unable to wait till things were ready but wonder why cold drinks (juice/Milk) cereal,bread,pastried etc could not have been out. That would have help us quite a bit as it was we had somewhere we had to bee by a certain time and did not have time to find a place to eat(thinking we would have food at the hotel, we did not allow time for a restaurant.

Love staying here when we are in Colorado. The only negative was their pillows. They were roundish bulky squares and so uncomfortable! My husband got a neck and back ache from them. I told the desk staff, and they said they know.

This was situated in a much quieter area, on the west side of town. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby if that makes any difference. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and courteous, and the breakfast on par with other hotels. We have no complaints.

Not our first time here but last was better, if inhospitable demeanor was an olympic sport then the latin girl with the 2 inch nails that checked us in would have been a contender, being friendly is so easy yet not something she believes in. the room was as expected, breakfast not very good, with the egg substitute being just bad.

Everything was awesome. The only note is that the plates at breakfast are microscopic. Get bigger plates and it would be a 100/100 experience.

Overall, stay was good. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable. Every morning breakfast, was ok but almost everything was empty and we got there an hour before it shut down. A couple of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Overall, I get it 4 stars just because of the cleanliness and how friendly the staff was.

We appreciated the breakfast. We appreciated having 2 Queen beds with a couch. We appreciated having the 2 rooms separately along with the bathroom. It was nice having a close place to eat lunch at. The people at the front desk were all nice & accommodating. The ladies at breakfast were doing a Great Job. We enjoyed our Beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed 6 nights. We were thrilled to see one elk from our rooms view & 5 elk when leaving our motel to go out!

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. But overall the hotel is pretty run down and dated. My keys consistently stopped working and had to be reformatted multiple times. And no I did not have the key anywhere near my phone. The fitness center should just be closed. There was one working bike and one treadmill. Almost everything on the workout cable station was broken and missing parts. The rack of free weights were empty except for one 10lb and one 15lb dumbbell. The room was spacious, clean and ready for me. The walls however must not have much insulation because you can hear everything. I mean everything the rooms around you are doing all night long. Maybe I was just a little jealous or lacking sleep but I didnt want to hear someone having sex for hours. Congrats to them though. Also should note that this hotel is not really that close to downtown Loveland or any restaurants. If you want a bar or something to eat you will have a 10-15 min drive. Overall it was just ok but next time I will probably look for something else in the area.

When we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then gave us a room that the key didn’t work. Finally 40 minutes later we got a room where the bed sqeaked and the toilet ran constantly. The guy at the desk was totally inept. Said he couldn’t see our reservation which should have been a king room. I would like a refund but he didn’t even know how to do that. How this property got a very good rating on your website is a total mystery.

Everything was perfect they had gopd breakfast work out room hot tub and pool. Rooms are clean and smelled good. We would stay here again!

The staff would not allow our daughter to check in stating that they did not feel right about letting her stay there. They. were very rude to her. When we arrived, the staff was unprofessional and would not give us a satisfactory reason for not allowing her to stay. We will never use this hotel and will advise our neighbors and friends to avoid this hotel (we have lived in the area for over 40 years!)

This La Quinta is cleaner than a couple others i have stayed at recently. Perk was they had bacon for breakfast! The room was comfortable, beds were ok. The problems we did encounter was the hot tub which was working.... was not very hot and the jets did not work. Pool was cold! The shower curtain was covered in somebody's hair, inside and out, and there was white pet hair on the bed skirt. But, overall it was a nice stay.

I would highly recommend this La Quinta to anyone needing a place to stay in Loveland. Very clean and well-appointed. Tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The best decorated and condition of a hotel of this level I’d been to in years! Plus bonus? Amazing views!

This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. I have tried repeatedly to speak to the manager, but they always told their staff that they were unavailable and never returned my call.
Our room did not have a working heater. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that the manager would contact us to accommodate our inconvenience since we were booked for two nights. That never happened. We even bought a space heater at Walmart to help the room be tolerable and gave it to the hotel when we departed. All with the understanding that we would be contacted by the manager.
Regrettably, the manager didn’t care for their guests and we are very disappointed.

Have stayed here multiple times. Very convenient to family.
One problem this trip - room heater was not working properly… not good in 20 degree weather. Manager was very apologetic; said to be sure to mention it to Expedia so they could “make it right “.

The staff don’t give accurate info about services—
1. Breakfast was told it ended at 10 am on Monday morning. Went down at 9:30 and there was 1 Apple and 2 oranges. No breakfast!!
2. Maid service—specifically told we had to ASK for service in our rooms. We did NOT, but returned to find beds made, our belongings tidied up and fresh towels.
3. Have stayed her numerous other times. Hotel quality is less well maintained.
4. Bed I used was kind of worn out and needs replacing. Pillows were not in good shape either.

My accessible room didn't have grab bar at toilet. the Maqnager was rude and arrogant. when we mentioned we were going to report her she snipped, "Oh that's what they all say."

Good value for the price. Carpet in room was pretty worn, but all seemed clean. Very close to SweetHeart Winery where we were attending an event.

This hotel was recently refurbished, and looked very nice and clean - much better in that regard than previous La Quinta hotels I stayed at. Check-in was a good experience and the person there (Jason) was super helpful. Other staff members throughout our stay were equally nice and pleasant.
The 3-star ranking comes from a couple issues:
- although it's well refurbished, noise travels freely between rooms. The baby next door woke up early both nights (5am) and it felt like he was crying in our room. No sleeping in for us
- Pillows were nice, but much too thick. They might be ok for some people, just not for me. I like a flatter pillow and woke up with sore neck both nights.
- Breakfast could really be better. Would love a stronger coffee option (only medium roast available), and food ran out. We didnt eat very late and some of the options weren't available anymore. Hotel even ran out of forks and cups!
All in all, a good stay in a nice hotel but there are some easy points of improvement.
