I didn't like that someone was able to charge snacks to my room while I was out visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. I protested the charges, but the hotel person that charged the charges to my credit card on file wasn't available for me to speak with and the charges have not been credited back to my credit card

The location was convenient for the event we were attending.
The front of house staff was extremely rude. It took us 45 minutes to check in because although they could find our reservation number it wasn’t connected to a room. Our family was here for a wedding and was visiting in the breakfast room and was rudely told we had to leave because breakfast was over. There were no towels at the pool, our shower was lukewarm and didn’t drain and any questions we asked at the front desk were answered with a curt remark. The women cleaning our rooms were wonderful. They could give lessons to the people downstairs.
