The room was upgraded and it was great. The problem was the internet did not work in spite of calling them twice. That was a shame in such a beautiful place.

It was a nice visit with friends. Easy to get to. Good casino! Food was okay poolside but not great. Basic coffee shop (ended up at Starbuck's next door at Golden Nugget for coffee). Loved the lazy river and pool area.

We were there for a one night stay while my 12 year old was on spring break. We had a blast as usual, the room was clean comfy and definitely will be back, the only problem I had was the carpet in the hallways from the room to the elevator seemed wet, unfortunately I left my sandals in the car and had to walk barefoot from the room to the car and it seemed unusually wet/moist

The resort was beautiful! There were many amenities as well. I wish we had a refrigerator & microwave in the room. That was the only downfall for the price of the stay! I would visit the resort again!

The room had a strong smell. My eyes became irritated immediately and stayed red rimmed the entire three days I was there. I had the room deodorized, had to ask a second time. I am use to casinos so I don't think my response to the room was based on that.

Check in is at 4 and did not get a room until after 6. Hotel wouldn’t offer any type of discount or credits for this inconvenience. Terrible customer service.

It could have been better. The sheets were stained and it wasn't enough towels in the bathroom and it's no early check-in. I extremely disappointed.

Check in was very disappointing. Check in supposedly at 3pm. Arrived at 4 room not ready. Desk was to text me when ready. I finally went back to desk after 5. They checked and oh. The room was ready. Check out wasn’t great either. The option on the tv disappeared by 10am even though regular check out is by 11. Several people waited in line to check out. Of course vip people jump to head of line. Frustrating to wait when you have a full day drive. Only one person working the desk while several others just walked by

The water was lukewarm in the afternoon when I went to shower. Then the phone was not working when I wanted to let them know. The view was wonderful, though, and the room was a good size for two.

Slow line for check in. Our room had two lamps—one dim one on the desk and a bedside lamp that didn’t work. Not much light for the size of the room. We requested a new lightbulb and was told they would bring one to the room but…

Check in clerk was not friendly or welcoming but overall stay was good. Our room did not have a refrigerator which is unusual these days and disappointing. Pool area is gorgeous!

The staff was amazing but the hotel room was not . I was really disappointed cause I couldn't choose between staying at golden Nugget or l'auberge. But we decided on l'auberge hotel and we wasn't happy at all . Definitely will pick golden Nugget hotel next time.. the moment we got off on the 3rd floor from stepping off the elevator it smelled like marijuana really heavy. Soon as we opened our room definitely got hit with even a stronger marijuana smell . After all the cleaners was off the floor it wasn't that bad so it had to be one of the cleaners smoking it. The room had trash on the floor and the tub was dirty and had hair in it . And not to mention when we pulled the covers back on the bed to go to sleep there was dry blood and hair on the sheets. so not sure if it wasn't washed .or if it got washed and was stained on there but if that was the case it should of been throwed away not put on a clean bed ... This was my first time staying here we usually stay at the Golden Nugget. But definitely want stay back here again. I do have my pictures of everything .

Parking garage elevator buttons were no self-explanatory.Bathroom showers were only tepid, not hot. The shower gel bottle was empty. Most restaurants were overpriced. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The casino area is another story. Machine slots are dirty, not well kept. Don't like the layout. Many machines out of order. Did NOT enjoy the casino area at all.

Beautiful place. Just make sure the restaurants you want to eat in are open the days you plan to visit. Barely hot enough water for a shower. Again ride neighbors banging doors all the time. Great beds. Check out the Mexican place for happy hour food and drinks. Great value.

I requested a non smoking room well that's not what we got. There was an ash tray. The room smelled of smoke. There were no deodorizer or febreeze to mask the smell of smoke.

The room was not very affordable for the experience. We had a building backup. The tub was clogged up and the toilet could not flush, due to the property building backup. The room was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and staff very courteous.
