Decent but will definitely try something different next time

My stay was nothing short of comfortable and amazing. The staff members were friendly and helpful!

I liked how comfy the rooms were! It was like a studio apartment. I loved that there was a fold out bed within the couch because my kiddo does karate in his sleep :) There was enough space for him to play with his toys and on his xbox and we weren't on top of each other. The staff members are A1, very welcoming, polite and showed a willingness to help with questions and concerns. One of the House keepers noticed my son left his phone in the room and she came to give it back to him right before we checked out. She went above and beyond, I know some would've just gave it to the front desk and called it a day but she was my life saver for putting it in our hands instead of going back to the room and asking around or possibly having to replace the phone. I'm grateful! Pool area was clean and nice! my son got in for a spell and had fun, there were complimentary towels before we went out as well. The breakfast we enjoyed it, liked the options outside of the hard biscuit bread lol but I know it's because they sit out.

I didn't like that the TV's didn't have bluetooth for air play/screen share or that there were more available apps. I had to unplug the HDMI for the cable and plug in my son xbox and connect it to wifi for us to watch the apps we're subscribed to. It wasn't a biggie, just thought it might be worth mentioning for possible future upgrades. Also, while the beds were very comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping under thin sheets. I love that the rooms get cold and fast at that but I'd also like to be warm while I sleep :) . Maybe, there could be an option for a thicker comforter or a quilt at the front desk upon request so guest don't have to purchase one or travel with it. I know there's possibly rules and regulations for having thicker comforters or more expensive to put in every room but just a suggestion.

Good location, spacious rooms.

Spacious room, good location.

No hairdryer in the room. No bathmat. (I do appreciate these are things we could have called the front desk about but we were running out of time). We feel the pool could be better by adding sun loungers.

Great hotel and friendly staff in Lake Charles

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty good, but there were not as many hot choices as I would have liked. The omelets were cold and not under a warmer.

Other than that one incident, everything else was great.

The facilities. Every time we travel somewhere, we try to find and stay at home2suites.

One specific staff, which is the lady who served breakfast was rude on how she explained how things work around the area. She yelled at me in front of the other guests. The management needs to educate their employees better on how to communicate with the guests.

hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The price is a bit high but for the basic rooms.

one of the receptionist isn’t very welcoming and for the price you pay I had to bring down my own dirty towels in order to get more.

I was in Heaven me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay felt lik a home away from home.

All employees were very nice and treated you like family. It was super clean and had everything you needed in your room.
