Great option to stay to visit Chichén Itzá. The hotel has a nice colonial architecture, rooms are comfortable and you have a pool to spend time. I did not try the restaurant, but my stay was pleasant.

Bathroom got clogged easily but this is apparently a problem in all the hotels I stayed at in Mexico. The staff were quick to fix it. Becareful walkkng/running on the floor tiles after you exit the pool because I slipped just by walking. It’s a beautiful villa and close to Chichén itza

The property is nice. Nice lounge chairs at the pool. Staff is helpful. Good restaurant. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. Note; Expedia is lying about the location of this property. It is Not walking distance from town or from the Ruins or cenotes. They are all over 5 km away. You must take a cab. I informed Expedia of this, but they continue to falsely advertise the location of this property.
