The only thing we don't like is you can't go get your on ice You have to call the desk for someone to bring it. I wait about 30 minutes to get ice. We had two phones in the room and they both didn't work. I had to use my cell phone to call the desk.

I attended a wedding and booked a one-night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor treatment and disrespect towards the groom, bride, and their guests throughout our stay. Sadly, racist preconceptions among the staff exacerbated the situation. As the event progressed, the disrespect became increasingly apparent. The groom, understandably, spent his wedding night dissatisfied with the hotel staff's behavior, the treatment of his guests, and the hotel's failure to honor multiple accommodations outlined in the event contract. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not for hosting an event. This level of mistreatment is unprecedented in my experience with hotels. It's disheartening to think that we paid for this experience and had intended to spend more at the establishment to celebrate such a momentous occasion.

The room overall was very nice & clean. I've never stayed any where including my own bed that there is no flat sheet. I have to have a flat sheet because i constantly get hot flakes throughout the night and kick my duvet/ blanket off but need to have something to cover with like a flat sheet. The pillows weren't supportive and very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch with a robe to cover me, which was much better than the terrible mattress. It says the mattress is a pillow to but this was no pillow top mattress. The mattress was extremely firm which made it painful for me to sleep on. Trying to figure out how to watch the TV was a little frustrating because if a station didn't come in it went to a icon screen to choose from. Why can't you just flip through the stations easily? I think you should consider soundproofing the water closet. It isn't something anyone needs to hear their significant other doing.

Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed here because we got married here a year ago. We just wanted to enjoy the hotel since everything was so chaotic last time. We love the hotel and the bars and restaurants on site. The staff is wonderful. The only thing that sucks is the amount they charge for incidentals. I get charging a card if something happens but $250 EXTRA is a bit extreme. I realize we got the money back but that’s money we had to make sure we transferred into our account so we had enough to cover it all.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness is always good however this time I noticed this standard was lacking a little. Specs of idk what on the toilet seat as I arrived and some dust build up on the bathroom shelf with towels, above the bed headboard and under the tv as well. I took care of the toilet myself and dealt with the dust. Upon check out the man at the desk was very kind and accommodating and walked me out (through a meeting area) to get to my car. I have to say it was still a good stay. Overall experience was good.

I called the front desk early Saturday the 14th and got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that were very simple like what time does the bar close when is check out very unprofessional and not answer anything about my room I asked if it had a microwave no answer I asked what side of the building I would be on I wanted to Be on the odd side of the building instead no answer should not be working front desk if he is going to have an attitude.

Toilet would run really weird for a couple minutes like it was going to spit out water. Bed was like sleeping on a rock so we had a horrible nights sleep. And then housekeeping kept my $30 stainless steel water bottle that was left in the fridge. I called 30 min after we checked out and front desk said they would have them bring it down. Of course they claimed they “didn’t have it”, but it was in the fridge and we never left the room until check out. So it was definitely in there. Very disappointing.

Best hotel in area…..and very clean and comfortable and they have LaVazzo Italian coffee next to hotel. Might cost $50-$80 more per night but in the long run it’s worth it!

It was a good experience it was clean and the room was big comfortable and definitely will stay again. The only thing I can bring to the attention is that the AC was not working so good during the night. It was really hot outside so for some reason in the room was not keeping up. But other than that it was a beautiful stay.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I was very disappointed that there were no restaurants open or even a place to get a coffee or snack. I had taken an Uber from the airport and had to order delivery for dinner. For a nice boutique hotel there were no services.

It is a beautiful room. Very spacious and clean, and quiet. I ordered room service and it never came. Called it in again and got my food before the it closed. Woke up with food poisoning a couple hours later, and that meal was all I had eaten. Bummer. Watch out for the food.
