Well maybe odd bang by doors time to time by different people plus that's roughly same in other hotels plus water didn't get hot by the shower in room 219 plus maybe that need sorted out plus still a good hotel

It's the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed in. Many hotels say they are but they aren't.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice . The food was excellent. My only negative isn't about the hotel as such, but if your a real coffee drinker take your own . It's just a preference.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in but extremely helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room, great breakfast and all in all a great place to stay for our weekend in Blackpool. Will be booking again for next year
