Good sized room in a good location (its a 1.5miles from the Winter Gardens but its nice and quiet so you are away from the noise)
Co-op about 2 mins walk away
Tram stop looked about 1 min away but I didn't use it
Free street parking nearby is no problem or on the same street if you get lucky
Toilet flush was broken
Not the owners fault but other guests kept leaving the front door open which is not great in an unstaffed hotel. I saw that review about someone's door getting kicked and this is why. Its not difficult to close the front door and you would think other guests would be care about their stuff so wouldn't leave it wide open.

the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, half used toiletries i.e shower gels toilet paper… the coat hangers were dusty…
