Lovely room and very friendly welcome. Loved the location, especially with being just across the road to the wonderful Waterstones store! Other useful shops within a short walk. Breakfast was nice with friendly service, though the restaurant was small. My only complaint was that there was no lift and I was on the top floor. Thank you for a nice stay, would recommend and definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was good and the breakfast was very Nice.
The staff was friendly and nice.
The Room was not very nice. The wallpaper har seen better days, and two of bedside lamps didn’t work. I told the receptionist but it didn’t get fixed.
The extra bed was not very comftable, and the hotel seemed in general very poorly isolated, so you Can hear everything from the Rooms next door. And also from the Road, that is very busy all the time.
It seems like we Got the last Room, so I hope that the standard og the hotel is better in the other rooms, because our Room was really bad.
Also there were just cleaning bags laying around all the time, on the staircase, which is narrow in the first place.
The breakfast was really fine, but very small dinning area, and not enough Room for all the guests at the same time. Also it got very hot downtheir.
So all in all, I was very disappointed. And yet if we had gotten a Room that was actually functional and didn’t look so neglected, and with a gardenview instead of “Road view”, I would probably book it again. Mainly because of the location and the breakfast.

Room was good, Breakfast freshly daily cooked.

The room and location of the hotel were perfect for an overnight stay. It was a "cosy" superior room but fine for just one night. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and a pleasant surprise as we didn't realise it was included.

Although our room was quite small it was adequate for our family. The breakfast was very good with a good choice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They moved things around so we could stay there and not be moved to the apartments. Overall a good experience. Communication from the front desk is excellent

BED BUGS!!!
1.0
What a sad experience. Location is nice, you have the facilities you need. The windows did not close properly. But worst of all was the fact that the beds were overcrowded by bedbugs. They did not show at once as the beds were freshly made, but by the time we were going to sleep the bugs were everywhere. On us, too. I called the number provided but they did not have any spare room and I was advised to find another hotel, at 11 pm, with two kids. We were sitting in the hallway while I was trying to find a place for us nearby. It did cost me twice as much, but the beds were bugfree. When I came by the next day to deliver the keys the receptionist did not appear suprised, nor did she apologized for the invonvinience or asked if we were ok. I did get the refund.

Great value brilliant position easy access to the west end

Budget hotel in close walkable distance to theatre centre of London. Breakfast was a lot better than expected!

Great location, great breakfast…
Shame about the bed bug infestation!

The receptionist welcome was warm and friendly and the breakfast was tasty.
The interior of the room let it down and was unacceptable; peeling wallpaper & plaster, the bathroom bin was not emptied, carpet wet in areas, dusty/dirty surfaces. These can be rectified quite simply.

No elevator and the room given was on the last floor. This is closer to a dorm room than a hotel. You need to specify this.

Its a shame the staff have to be the face of this establishment.
The property needs a revival more than a refurbishment. We were not too fussed about the condition of the out-dated decor.
However, there was the unpleasant discovery of bed bugs infesting not only the bed or our room, but the whole hotel. We saw them crawling all around the lobby too while we waited for the night manager of the sister hotel, as he allowed us to change rooms but he gave us time to check the room first.
We did not take long in discovering more of these biters.
So, the night manager took us to the sister location and cared for us for 4 hours as we and he tried to relocate us to a new hotel. We gave Hotels.com/Expedia this 4 hour chance to prove their professionalism. We were soon disappointed and stressed due to fatigue when it was closely approaching 4am. We fortunately had this night manager go above and beyond (he ran around the proximity for accommodation available in other hotels). He could not have been more caring than what was required of him. Again, the colleagues of these establishments need praising and serious support from the owners. As they should not have to deal with this nightmare.
Not to mention that hotels.com must be either ignorant to the reviews or are not reviewing these locations properly.

Good location and staff were friendly but hotel is tired and room/ensuite were tiny. Wallpaper peeling in places, bed frame too big for mattress, some of fittings broken. Wouldn't choose to
stay at the hotel again.

Due to works didn't stay in regent house, my booking was changed to a studio flat, was pretty fine, London Standard, old type, no lift, stairs. Location great, walking distance to centre

Perfect for what we wanted and the price.
Hotel very tired could do with some TLC, however beds and bathroom very clean.

Room was quite big but shower and toilet were tiny. The shower door fell out, it was entirely broken off. Could still take a shower though.

After securing a reservation 5 months in advance, the property management decided to switch my party to another location due to "Operational Reasons" two days prior to our arrival. Studios2Let were very professional and accommodating, however, the rooms were right on the street, bottom level with so much noise no sleep was inevitable. Regency House attempted to be accommodating, but as I frequently travel to the UK, I will not look toward Regency House for accommodations.

Walked 2 km to pick up the key when we arrived at 10 pm then descended to a small but clean and tidy room in the basement. Very quiet but cold with no heat. Good breakfast and good coffee. Room had mwave, fridge and no room to swing a cat so leave your pets at home

A very convenient place to stay. Clean, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

This is not a hotel rather a bed & breakfast place. Though they say no check in after 7 pm and if you come late then you have to walk to their sister hotel which is about 15 minutes walk. We arrived at 6 PM there was no one to hand over keys. We had to climb 6 stories to get to our room. There is no lift/ elevator.

Lady at reception was wonderful and breakfast was very good and staff also very good...only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable in room in the basement....bed defo needs upgrading...apart from that all good

A conveniently located budget hotel in the heart of London. Close to Euston railway station.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast included 😋.
Would definitely use again ideal for a short break in the Capital.

Over night stay to watch a show. So close to everything. Will be booking again in the future. Only downside was coldness in the room. No heating

Generally a very good weekend break. Room was comfortable but there didn’t appear to be a socket for one of the bedside lights. Full English breakfast was very good - but space was limited if several families wanted to eat at the same time. Access to public transport was easy and convenient.
We would be happy to book there again.

The room was a bit tired but clean and ticked all the boxes and close to amenities. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy a tea or coffee. Would book again

Bedbugs. Having seen previous reviews mentioning bedbugs, I specifically asked the receptionist to assure me that the room I was staying in, room 17, on the third floor, did not have bedbugs. He said that room was fine. In the night I found a bedbug, which I squashed...in the morning I told the receptionist, who said, I am so so sorry, how horrible, I thought they were only in the ground floor rooms. Management is aware, he added. It's not good. I won't stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room pictured is no where close to the room we received. Ours was in the basement, very dark, did not have a fireplace or high ceilings as pictured and there was hardly any room to get in or out of our bed. Our checkin agent was helpful which was very much appreciated.

Easy to find. Comfortable bed and very clean. Excellent cooked breakfast.
Not much natural light in basement room but we coped.

Terrible experience with bed bugs. I stayed for two nights, experienced hives. Initially I thought I was allergic to something. Second night, I found several bed bugs, 3 big ones, more than 10. Awful even think about it.

Friendly staff. Very clean rooms although small, but not unexpected for London. Could do with an update as regards decor, furniture etc

We chose this hotel for its nearness to Euston Station. There is no luggage lift or porter assistance for suitcases. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were delightful. All else was average.

Graphite! You use it in your locks occasionally and your locks won’t stick and keys don’t get bent. Yes you gave us a bent key that stuck and your staff knew and you wouldn’t replace it. How cheap are u ? ?? It’s the little things that make a place total junk. Otherwise very cool and nice place to stay out of main traffic lanes but still close. Graphite all your locks including front door , yes it was sticky too and get a new key for # 10 , it shouldn’t cost you more than $10 to fix it. If that breaks you get out of the business
2.0
Comfortable room, breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice but still had more than enough. Rooms were simple but comfortable, water pressure wasn’t amazing but enough to have a shower, there was a fridge freezer, microwave and kettle in the room so if your staying for a longer period of time works well.

The bed had bedbugs and my wife received a large number of bites that require treatment

I liked the location and the backyard.
The safety at an eventual fire worried me.

Bedbugs at Room 7 - lower ground floor. I have pictures to prove it. It’s all over my body. I wish I can have a refund. Please hopefully the management will resolve this.
