everything was great, my only complain was that the bathroom door didn't lock, not a big deal but still would be good to have a properly locking door

After a long day of train, taxi, ferry then train from Dublin to London, I was looking forward to checking in at the Regency and putting my feet up. The automated check-in after 7:30PM was a little cumbersome and confusing, however the reception gentleman next morning was chatty and very friendly.
We had some mail delivered ahead of time whicch was placed in our room before arrival so we were very appreciative of this service. Reception offered without charge to look after our bags AFTER we had checked out which was exceptionally kind of Regency.
The tasty breakfast was an unexpected bonus, so definitely worth considering if staying near Euston station. Don't get confused by the out of sequence room numbers!
