the room was lovely, a little small but good enough for us. the Bathroom was beautiful and the room was clean and fresh. Hotel was close to everything we needed. Considering the local, we had not issues with noise. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room did not have air con, so the hotel gave us 2 electric fans. Which was nice, but it circulated hot air and took up table space.

Good location.
Customer service good one day, not good the next; varied with different staff. Breakfast poor to mediocre. Ran out of some basic breakfast items. Ran out of milk to make coffee drinks and wouldn’t refill the machine. “Garden” area was a mess with old patches of artificial turf, garbage cans laying around, and old yard trimmings piled up in several places.
