Good location for exploring London. The beds were comfy enough, but the overall room furniture could use upgrading.
We stayed for two nights, and some device made a continuous loud beeping noise throughout the nice and wasn't fixed after the first night - that impacted sleep quality quite a bit.
We had a twin room which was fine for family but there is not a lot of privacy between bedroom and bathroom.

The best thing about this hotel was the walk in shower! I’m very petite and those oh-so deep bathtubs are a serious hazard for me.
The inability to store luggage. Not even one luggage rack. I kept my suitcase stored under the bed.

Location was excellent. Staff helpful. Room very compact but had tea making facilities, fridge, tv, etc … and air conditioning.
Sorry but I think some things need to be private even between long standing couples… a glass bathroom is horrible. I know the glass is frosted but you can still see what the person is doing . I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.
