The room was well equipped and the staff was very helpful.
The bathroom needs refurbishment. The bath is too high to get in and out, which pose a triping hazard especially for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. It should be removed and replaced with a shower.
The rooms are without aircondition and the fans provided are small and ineffecient, the one in our room was not working....the replacement didnt either !!
The TV was very small and outdated.

Location was great for work, nice and quiet too.
There was a slight smell to the room but was only there for the night so no a big deal.

Location good, although we booked to see a show in Camden, Camden was quite a far walk.
Room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. Room possibly in need of a new carpet.
