The location. The staff were lovely. The place is very clean. They also let me store my luggage before and after checking in. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect for the train stations both domestically and for travelling to Europe. Close to Russell Square in the charming area of Bloomsbury and walking distance to many of the capitals sights.

Location. Quiet neighbourhood.
Room felt old, tired and run-down with worn out, grimey fittings. Could also have been cleaner - thick layers of dust, dirt and hairs on multiple surfaces, drinking glass in bathroom had dried toothpaste (?) in, drain in bathroom floor revolting full of smelly black scum. Air musky/dusty. Woke up with a suspected insect bite on my back. Beds are small and in my opinion only suitable for 1 adult to sleep comfortably. Breakfast quality - 7/10
