Wonderful hotel in every way.

Pros: Close to St Pancras, clean rooms, unique decor, free in-room drinks/snacks
Cons: Close to St Pancras, shower temp was broken, none of the soap/shampoo bottles worked properly

Very convenient location for Kings Cross/St Pancras. Really impressed by staff attitude - off duty staff member was popping in to see staff friends - that does not happen without a great team environment. Reception staff weee excellent. Our room was small (but it is London) and had little view but was well decorated (alternative but really fun). Bed was comfortable. Bathroom good and breakfast excellent. Really good overall impression. I rarely have to stay overnight in London but would certainly revisit.
