Disappointed

Only the breakfast on the second day. The first day sausage was too hard

The room was small, I had a toilet outside my room which I did not expect, no soap to bath, heating is controlled- comes on only for 3 hours a day from 8pm to 11pm despite the cold that was in the room.

A bit small and cramped, but probably normal for English conditions; very steep staircase without any lift — nearly a bit dangerous

Good value for money

Perfect and rather quiet location, very close to public transport. Bars, restaurants, cafes and shops also just around the corner. Very lively area. My room was spotless and the staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien situé, propre et confortable

Etablissement proche de la gare terminus de l'Eurostar, mais un peu à l'écart de la rue principale, donc très peu bruyante. Très propre, personnel très agréable . Petit déjeuner parfait pour nous en quantité et qualité . pour le soir, possibilité de trouver facilement à se nourrir .

Le seul petit point moins sympa, notre chambre était au dernier étage, et à la fin d'une grande journée de marche, l'escalier était un peu dur ; mais cela ne m'empêcherait pas de réserver à nouveau dans cet établissement .

Parfait

L’emplacement par rapport à la gare Saint Pancrace, la proximité des transports en commun, la situation au cœur de Londres. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre très propre et confortable ! Le petit déjeuner copieux, avec des gens extrêmement agréables pour s’occuper de vous. Nous souhaitons y retourner dès que possible Merci

More than satisfied, I will certainly come again and heartily recommend it , an ideal spot.

Easily accessible, .close to public transport and Euston station. Dainty room, impeccably clean. Delicious fresh breakfast, very pleasant staff. Safe area, lovely park at the front.

I found it all more than adequate.

Parfait pour quelques jours

L’emplacement près de la gare Saint Pancras International et près des stations de métro principales. Le calme du quartier est appréciable le soir et la nuit. Le personnel est serviable et le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

A great experience in London

The hotel is fantastic, it's located near underground stations and is perfect to know the main attractions in London, the breakfast is delicious was a big surprise, the room is perfect to rest, we had hot water to the take a shower each day and the room has a great view of the park.

Bardzo było miło - pozdrawiamy panią Agę z recepcji.

Śniadania smaczne. Kawa z ekspresu bardzo dobra. Soki smaczne. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Czysto. Pokoje bardzo ładne. Obsługa także w j. polskim (duży +). Hotel blisko stacji kolejowej i metra. Bardzo dobry jako baza na wycieczki.

Brakowało świeżych warzyw do śniadania (np pomidorów lub ogórków). Należy wziąć pod uwagę, że nie ma windy.

Lovely find for a short London break

Staff were all super helpful and attentive. Hotel location great for Euston. Hotel really clean and nice breakfast.

Old building so much creaking of floorboards above, room SO hot overnight, minor issues of a most pleasant stay.

Ideal spot where to relax

The neighborhood/ location is excellent, very easy to get to any tube lined and busses, everything at walkable distance, but also it is very quite which is ideal for sleeping. Around there are many places where you can go for breakfast and try new things or in the hotel itself.

Una perfecta ubicación para un viaje familiar

Viajamos en sept/23 en familia y el alojamiento cumple con lo indicado. Algo a destacar es el entorno tranquilo. Existen varios locales entre este hotel y la estación de metro King Cross/Sant Pancras para poder comer. El desayuno era variado y de buena calidad. el personal del hotel muy amable,. Respecto a su ubicación, esta es super buena, al estar muy cerca de la estación de tren y metro King Cross/Sant Pancras, lo cual ayuda mucho en los desplazamientos por la ciudad. Algo a considerar es que no cuenta con elevador, por lo cual para las maletas mas grandes (de 23 kg) es un poco complicado subirlas, las de cabina no son problema y las de tamaño medio, un poco difícil.

Que no tuviera ascensor, pero eso se debe al estilo de casas del sector, en lo demás un alojamiento recomendable 100%. muy útil su ubicación si usaras el transporte publico.

Yine aynı otele giderim.

Kahvaltı kalite, çeşit ve lezzet yönüyle mükemmeldi, kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Otelin konumu da çok iyiydi,ulaşım ve gezinti açısında çok kolaylıklar yaşadık.

Tüm ihtiyaclarima karşılık buldum. Şikayet edebileceğim bir husus yaşamadım.

Polecamy z całego serca! Przede wszystkim za pełną uśmiechu i życzliwości obsługę! Pani Oktawia dosłownie uratowała nasz pobyt w deszczowym (przez chwilę) Londynie - pomoc bezcenna! Możliwość dopytania o różne rzeczy w języku ojczystym to dodatkowy atut :-) Dobra lokalizacja - blisko metro, 20-25 minut piechotą (powolnie) do centrum, cicha i przyjazna okolica. Czysto i wygodnie. Gustowny wystrój! Pyszne śniadania - i wegetarianie i fani angielskiego śniadania będą usatysfakcjonowani, m.in. 9 rodzajów płatków śniadaniowych (!) Wystarczy mała torebka w podróży bowiem ręczniki, suszarka, kosmetyki itp. dostępne są na miejscu (jest nawet odżywka do włosów).

Marvellous finishing to the room, exceptionally clean! Room was a bit small but I absolutely loved it! it’s honestly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in London.

Nice place to stay very well located.

Excelent location, nice zone, with public transport very close, Train and Underground, walking distance to several interest locations. A nice and clean Room. Very good breakfast.

No elevator, but I was prepared for that, so it didn't matter.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Very close to Kings Cross in a leafy quiet street. Friendly staff and very clean.

The final set of stairs up to our room on the top floor were very steep.

Staff were great, very accommodating, the whole hotel had been freshly redecorated. Make sure you pay 10 pounds for the breakfast, worth every cent...wont have to eat until late afternoon! A really nice feel, in a good area with cafes, restaurants, pubs, green space, 5 minutes to the railway station and a few stations to London central, Picadilly or Leicester Square for a show! Close to Camden which is fantastic for shopping, historic markets...plenty to do here! St Pancras is a 10 minute walk if you're heading off to Paris on the Eurostar! Absolutely recommend The Mentone! Thanks guys💗

Excellent location, tasty breakfast and helpful staff

Extremely convenient location, easy walking distance from multiple tube stations and Kings Cross St Pancras. Great cooked breakfast. Lovely staff.

Family room downstairs is clean and nicely decorated but challenging to fit family of 5 with tween/teens plus suitcases. Only 2 power outlets plus 2 USB charging points. Nowhere to hang 5 towels (5 hooks along bathroom wall would be an easy solution).

‘Small double’ was very very small! Just enough room to sleep in overnight, but barely room to stand in otherwise. ‘Small double’ implies room for two people, but it was more like a large single bed.

Location The neighborhood is cool and the street is beautiful and close to public transportation

The smell in the entrance, the floors are paper thin and as quiet as we tried to be when walking on the floor the room below us could here everything and we felt very uncomfortable

Location excellent. Very clean. Staff lovely and breakfast good. Very pleased that tv in room was replaced when I informed reception it was broken. Room quiet.

Property needs aircon, especially in the breakfast room. Stairs to top of house very steep. Difficult to manage luggage.
