Staff and breakfast were great. Location in a nice area with a park, close to restaurants and shops.
The room felt rather cramped and the bed was a little too broken in.

Lovely looking building from the outside. Basic inside but clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, with enough choice for us. The staff were lovely. Polite, friendly, professional and responsive. Location was good for access to and from Kings Cross and Russel Square tube station, so travel into different areas of London was straight forward.
Room was too small overall and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The bathroom didn’t have enough space to put our things on, so had to put some things on the floor. Didn’t feel we got overall value for money because of our room.
