The room itself is comfortable; it includes a free fridge, everything is clean, and the bed is comfortable. I would have no complaints about the room if it were simply called a "room" rather than a "suite." The service at reception is polite and efficient but not warm. Good luggage service.
What is disappointing—and somewhat misleading—is that the rooms labeled as "suites" in this hotel (which is actually named "Suite Hotel") are not suites. A suite typically consists of at least two rooms—a bedroom and a separate living area—whereas here, while the room is a decent size for London, there is no separate living area. That said, the room itself is comfortable. The electrical outlet for the right side of the bed is poorly placed, right behind the pillows.
