Easy location for the Eurostar
A double room for 2 and the bed was against the wall which made getting up in the night awkward

Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious clean room. Very Good lighting as a lot of hotel rooms the lighting can be quite dull. Clean bathroom. Very close to restaurants and main line trains and underground

The location in King’s Cross was excellent - very convenient, with great transport links and easy access to central London, shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Very disappointing. I booked a double room, but it was extremely small and would barely accommodate one person, let alone two people with luggage. There was virtually no storage space, and the sink was awkwardly located in the bedroom. To make matters worse, the dustbin was not emptied once during my four-day stay. Definitely not what I expected from a double room.
