Lovely staff, functional infrastructure, great location, travelling as a single woman - felt safe
Having to leave my room to use the toilet … and there was some level of outside noise (I did have the windows open)

Excellent location which was walkable to central London. Surrounded by parks and greenery in a quiet pocket. The rooms are basic but very clean and perfect for a solo traveller. I had a lovely view of a park. Staff were very helpful.
Could have used a kettle but wasn’t a big deal.

Breakfasts were fine.
Room lacked aircon; window opening restricted; no daily cleaning; and only one flimsy pillow
