Welcoming quiet friendly
Space between bed and wall too small. And irritating lobby door stiff and awkward to open

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The hotel was pristine, everything was designed with a lot of care. It felt cosy and luxurious at the same time, and the location was perfect for exploring London. What we liked in particular:
- Newly-furbished in "classical" cosy style; beautiful and well-thought-out decor.
- Rooms were exceptionally clean, bed was comfy. High quality sheets, towels and bathrobes.
- Smart panels in the room for controlling lights and AC.
- Kind and helpful staff.
- Quiet, safe neighborhood with good connections.
- Option to have breakfast in the garden.
Only two minor things come to mind:
- After showering, water would drip from the top showerhead noisily onto the metal drain. And since there was no room separation between the shower and bedroom, we heard it dripping at night.
- No adapter for EU chargers in the rooms. (But there were usable USB plugs.)

Wspaniala lokalizacja. Wszedzie chodzilismy pieszo. Cicha, spokojna ulica. Piekne czesci wspolne i patio za budynkiem. Piekne tkaniny w oknach. Wysmienita owsianka. Przyjemne kosmetyki. Woda w szkle a nie w plastiku.
Ciasny pokoj, waskie i krotkie lozko, bardzo malo przestrzeni obok lozka, zbyt eklektyczny, niemal przypadkowy wystroj pokoju, ciasna, mala szafa. Personel uprzejmy, ale malo profesjonalny, widac, ze proces budowania zespolu trwa bardzo krotko. Sa rzeczy, ktore robi kilka osob na raz, sa takie, ktore nie robi nikt. Dlugi czas oczekiwania na sniadania. Brak angielskiego piwa w barze.
